Ingredients

Rice milk porridge (thick) 200 gr.
Wheat flour 1 tbsp.
Kefir ~ 1 tbsp.
Sugar taste
Butter 50-70 gr.
Starch 3 tbsp. l.
Soda 0.7 tsp

Cooking method

  • Rice porridge, flour, starch, kefir, butter and sugar are mixed with a blender to grind the rice. We get the consistency of a soft cream. Adjust the consistency of the dough with kefir.
  • We turn on the waffle iron for heating. Add soda to the dough.
  • Pour out-put in forms for 2 tbsp. l. test. We bake.
