Cielito Lindo, Elena, what is your bread maker?
Sorry, I haven't come in for a long time. x / n I have a Panasonic 2501. By the way, I didn't like this cupcake very much. More like a biscuit. And I would like a more "muffin" option. And the soda was felt (although I put in baking powder!), But I really feel it everywhere, even if I put less than in the recipe. Nobody in the family feels, only me! Therefore, I rarely bake muffins ...

Cielito lindo, Elena, put soda and quench it with vinegar.
Half the size of baking powder.

I always extinguished soda with vinegar, but it did not help. Then I began to put in baking powder, it feels less, but I still feel it.

I also feel very soda, but with baking powder I'm fine.
It can still stand at least overnight and the soda will feel less.
There are also yeast cupcake options, but I've never baked one like that. I'm going to try everything

Yes, it is more biscuit. Therefore, my husband and I only like this So far, nothing better has been found for yourself. You can try it without additives, you can replace a couple of tablespoons of flour with the same amount of cocoa.

Greetings, friends, the topic has died out, I have a question about baking a cupcake: tell me, is it possible to replace butter with margarine in the recipe for Panasonic HP, how will this affect the taste, or should you not use it?

Another point when making cupcakes, I read in an earlier published post in this thread, that when kneading it should not be done too well, it affects baking in the end. At the stage of whipping butter with sugar + eggs and after adding flour, I always knead with a mixer until a homogeneous mass, should I abandon this method? Is it better to knead with a spatula instead of a mixer?

Here's a simple recipe:
Cupcake with apples for tea
Wheat flour 175g
Sugar 150g
Butter 40g
Egg 3 pcs.
Large apple (preferably sour) 1 pc.
Baking powder or baking soda 1.5 tsp.
1. Beat the melted butter, sugar and baking powder with a mixer.
2. Add eggs and whisk again
3. Gradually add flour to this mixture, mix well until smooth.
4. Cut the apple into thin slices and add them to the dough.
5. Stir everything gently with a spoon.
6. Put the prepared dough into a bucket.
7. Bake for 45 minutes, then leave in a bucket for 7 to 10 minutes.
8. Carefully remove the cupcake and cool on the rack.
I tried the recipe on Saturday, there were no apples at home, made without them, quenched the soda with vinegar. It rose well, baked, however, 40 + 25 minutes. The cupcake is delicious, although, of course, it would be better and fluffier in the oven or cartoon.

Svetlana, write what recipe you baked, how long?
Svetlana282
Flour-150g, cottage cheese - 200g, sugar-150g, slate butter. 100g, eggs 3 pcs, baking powder 9gr, program-10 (cake)

Time in the program 2h 50min.
Waist
Svetlana, but is there just a "Baking" program in your bread maker? And is it possible to change the time on the "Baking" program?
Svetlana282
There are 12 programs, I have not yet figured out which one is what, here I baked bread - it worked. Can you add a photo here somehow? I would attach a photo of the programs.
Waist
Svetlana, most likely in your HP program "Keks" 2 h 50 min is intended for baking yeast cakes / buns. Cupcake on soda - knead it and bake immediately.

Reduce the volume in the recipe by a third,

100 gr flour
6 g baking powder
100 grams of sugar
65 gr butter
130 gr of cottage cheese
2 eggs

knead the dough yourself in the bowl,
put into shape,
select the program "Baking" / "Bake",
set the time to 1 hour 30 minutes (using the +/- buttons, if possible in your HP)
and run the program.

After an hour of baking, WITHOUT DISCONNECTING the program, open the HP lid and check the readiness of the cake, as you check when baking in the oven (poke into the middle of the cake with a skewer or other tester). as usual: if you take out a dry skewer - the cake is ready, if there is raw dough on the skewer - close the lid and let it bake. Check back in 5-10 minutes.

I do not have a Baking program, there is standard, white bread, accelerated sweet bread, fast1 (for kneading dough and baking bread 750g), dough, marmalade, pie (for baking with the addition of a ripper), sandwich and for baking bread and pies until they are fried ... I'm at a loss!

Ludmila, can the time be set automatically?
It's like that in Zelmera.
Svetlana282
I figured out my HP cupcakes are baked in the "cake" program for 2 hours 50 minutes. Everything worked out. The dough makes airy for pies.

Ludmila, You need to choose an appgram "Bakery products", the display will automatically light up for 30 minutes. Under the display, in the center, there are two arrows (up and down) - they adjust the time. The maximum can be set to 1 hour 30 minutes. At the end (if not yet baked) there is nothing without pressing, these arrows can be used to set an additional few minutes of baking and press Start to continue.

have not tried. you have to click and see. Even did not think of this. I'm afraid that it will charge for two hours and burn everything somewhere I read that the time can be set there, that's why I decided to ask here. who writes for 1 hour 10 minutes, who writes for 50 minutes. : -
Svetlana282, I don't have a pie mode.

I have HP Panasonic, and I expose at once for a maximum of 1.5 hours. During this time, a medium cake is baked. The muffin dough is heavy and not porous, therefore it is not designed for large muffins, while the middle is baked, the crust will burn. And on average, it turns out normally baked in an hour and a half, and the crust is quite acceptable: tanned, but not burnt and not bitter.

In general, according to the instructions, to bake muffins, you need to lay a bucket with baking paper, the crust is fried a little less. But it's SO hard
It is possible without paper, which many do.
Until it smells of delicious pastries - you don't even need to look into the HP, there will be raw dough, and opening it will only release the heat, precious for the dome.
When it smells delicious, you can periodically poke it into the middle to check the bakedness.
If the cupcake starts to move away from the walls, this is a sign that it is baked.

Hello everyone. I recently bought a bread maker. The bread turns out, but for some reason the cake is knocked down and heavy. But I'm more interested in why the cake is always very dark. Although I looked here and on other sites, everyone has a light yellow color.

The color of the cake usually depends on the recipe, and so does the texture.
