I have an addition in pots - Gipfel 2L and Royal Kuchen 3L.
What can I say - both have already been tested a couple of times on gas.
1. There were no tarnishing spots in both pots for two cooks, there were no spots inside either, although I boiled eggs and pasta in salt water. In my old Regent, disgusting rainbow spots on the outside and dark spots on the inside appeared after the first cooking.
2. Pens both there and there in 20 minutes. not overheated.
3. Gipfel is thicker and heavier, but the bottom of the Grand Piano is welded better, there is no gap
4. The lid of the Piano with holes for draining and there is a drain spout, it is convenient to drain the dumplings and potatoes, the vermicelli has not yet been tried, they write that it is inconvenient. Gipfel has no such option.
5. At the Royal, water got under the cover fasteners and cannot be drained from there. This is a minus to him.
6. Neither one nor the other pots keep warm - turned off the gas, cooled down. In general, this is not a zepter, but I don't need it, I have a cartoon with warmth.

First conclusion: Gipfel is undoubtedly better made, but it is also much more expensive. Royal is a great casserole for its price and ample. The piano is very similar to the Taller (shape, handles, lid ... everything except engraving and price). The disadvantages are not as critical as they paint on the airek, we must take it!

Yes, on the airek everyone is unanimously indignant that the volume of the Royal is indicated on the edge of the pan and 3 liters is not in it. Well, this is the designation of the volume according to Russian GOST - according to the cover. If you need a saucepan to cook 3 liters in it, you need to buy 4.5 liters. This applies to all pots sold in the Russian Federation, except for gray import.

Temper spots form from time to time on stainless steel, I have very expensive pots and my favorite SENSUELL pots from Ikea. The usual 9% vinegar saves at the expense of "one", after having washed the pan, poured into it literally a tablespoon of vinegar and rinsed it with water, the pan is in its original form, in one, the, sometimes invisible, layer of scale is washed off, if not compote was cooked in it or sour cabbage soup

selenа, You write everything correctly.
It is always surprising - why write bad reviews about dishes if you do not have basic knowledge of caring for them.
Anchic
selenа, Hope, plus. Also, there are whitish spots on salt, which are washed off with vinegar in a couple of seconds.

No, according to GOST, just the volume should be indicated as such that can fit with the lid closed. It is the Chinese who do not consider the volume according to GOST, indicating the volume at the very edges.

Probably not for the lid fasteners, but for the handle fasteners on the lid?
And what, do not the fasteners unscrew?
On my glass lids (not a royal kyuchen, though) I sometimes turn off the knobs to wash the glass completely.

Sedne, I received my frying pan with honeycombs, but I haven’t used it yet, I can’t decide what to do on it. I understood that you can fry it dry on it, I want to fry young zucchini. A very interesting bottom, I thought it was just a drawing, but this is something like engraving, that is, like a shallow grill, it's such a nice little frying pan, even just looking at it is nice. Thanks for the tip!

And we also bought an Uzbek cauldron (Namangan) 6L, with a flat bottom, for induction, yesterday we stewed vegetables (carrots, potatoes, zucchini, green onions) very tasty! Induction is very fond of cast iron.
The bottom is flat on the outside, on the inside a flat hemisphere
Cooking utensils (pots, pans, lids) (2)
4 handles - ears, I buy a cover.

No, you have to lubricate with oil anyway.
Mandraik Ludmila
Sedne, I dripped a little oil and fried the zucchini, managed to make only the first batch, suddenly the light went out. What else can I say, my induction unit is cheap and "rings" on this frying pan, which means there is not enough magnetic steel for it, in principle, it's okay. I didn't understand about the edges yet, they seem to warm up normally, but it's hard to understand in one game
selenа
Buttercup, I just have a small Xiaomi induction cooker, these pans fit perfectly, and I bake pancakes and omelettes and fry and meat, bought another Wok, also great.

This is a decent quality, and I have the cheapest Endeavor, it has been performing its function for three years, but the cheap and, accordingly, the edges do not heat well, so it rings on some dishes, for which the cast iron works very well. As soon as it breaks down, I will buy the same Siomi, we have a lot of their smart appliances, though not kitchen ones, but household ones. Their quality is very good!
Sedne
Mandraik Ludmila, well, I have gas, so I can't talk about induction, I didn't have it. I really like these pans on gas, although I like all the pans on gas. I grease this pan with a brush, but I always grease the coated pan with oil, it tastes better for me.

Oh, and so I, dripped and smeared with a brush. I have already fried the second portion, since the light has been given. It turns out to be a long time, it is not possible to turn on more than 600W - it starts to ring so that it clogs the ears. Apparently, until I buy Siomi, I'll take it to the city on a gas stove.

I do not want to act as Nostradamus, but the ringing can go precisely because of the frying pan. Therefore, try to put a frying pan on their stove at your neighbors (if they have induction cookers): will it ring or not?
We have cheap induction machines in the country, two of them, but there is no ringing, cheap Ikeev pots, but some barely audible squeak.
Gipfel's do not squeak at all!

Girls, do you recommend a frying pan with honeycombs? Very good price. They write that it is non-stick. This is true? Does this mean that this coating will eventually become unusable? They write in different ways - for whom it sticks, who does not. I don't have a single stainless steel pans. I'm afraid of them something
selenа
Ludmila, there may be some kind of coating, but you will not scratch it and it will not peel off, I can wave it with a metal washcloth, buy it, you will not try, you will not recognize, but I think you will be friends. I bought it much more expensive, barely waited until the quarantine was lifted and the first thing Vok ran to buy the same. Do not be afraid, this is not pure stainless steel, in short, miraculous. It does not need to be heated to red, and oil is still required.

You are right, it is the handle fasteners, or rather the decorative overlay. There it is not necessary to turn it away sometimes, but every time, if you want it to be dry. I do not really soar, I just cook in pans, and I take any lid that is suitable in size, but people are different, the requirements are different, so I noted.
Svetlana62
Hope, is this a Kuhara type frying pan with micro grill? If anything, I don't have Kuhara, from the photo it seemed that she was similar.
selenа
Svetlana62, there is nothing in common, the impression is that a stainless steel mesh with large cells was "glued" to the non-stick, black coating and the non-stick, as it were, in the depths of these cells, I do not have enough vocabulary to explain this "phenomenon", but when my eyes see it and they hold their hands, the heart understands that it weighs
Svetlana62
selenа, Hope, thanks for the answer. Indeed, a wonderful miracle, a wonderful miracle. What do you usually cook in it? No not like this. What does it cook differently from other pans? What is the difference? Taste, crust, cooking time?
selenа
Svetlana62, all that needs to be fried is to fry with a crust, cracklings, fry - potatoes (right up to the chips), pancakes, scrambled eggs (I like the bottom to be fried, and the yolk is liquid), chicken and turkey meat in thin strips, like for beef stroganoff, it turns out straight fried, not steamed-boiled. I love that each dish has its own dishes (kashrut in Russian), and this frying pan is a universal fighter, I myself am shocked by it.
Svetlana62
Thank you,Hope, put in the postponed, I will order from the pension, if it lasts.
Sedne
Oh, I really liked the frying pan with the honeycomb, now I have 3 of them, of different sizes 24, 26 and 28. By the way, the eggs come out well on it, the cutlets are there, the pancakes turned out not very bad, the pancakes are straight fried. 1 time on it I also burned, so it's not the fault of the frying pan, but the wine of my crooked hands. And someone himself will screw up, and then run reviews to scribble.

Marina, Yulia,
You can wash, of course, with an iron washcloth, but not for long. The fact is that this frying pan is made using the tri-play technology, that is, a "sandwich" of two layers of stainless steel, and between them a layer of aluminum. This is good for heat distribution, but "unique honeycomb" is nothing more than a non-stick coating from Whithford, which after 2-3 years (if not rubbed with an iron brush) will lose its properties.
I didn’t make it up, you can read all this on the Internet. Alas, it doesn't smell like a miracle!

Exactly! I ordered it after all. Although, it seems that this size is not really necessary. For me, all pans over 20cm are huge. But my friend is very fond of "pizza", which is fast, on the stove under the lid. I'll cook on it.

2-3 years for a frying pan for 1.5-2.0 thousand is a very decent time, it will have time to get bored, especially since they have not served for so long with anyone, at least in Russia.
Here is what the manufacturer writes: reinforced non-stick coating inside. When preparing food, you can use metal shovels, spoons and even forks without fear of damaging the surface.

And here in more detail:
Material: 18/10 Cromargan® stainless steel
Coverage: PermaDur + raised honeycomb protection grid, PFOA-free
Heat resistance: 260 ° C.
Warranty: 5 years

The German company WMF has released the Profi Resist hybrid frying pan, which combines the properties of steel and non-stick cookware. The frying pan has a three-layer construction: an aluminum core, a layer of stainless steel on the inside and a layer of durable chrome steel on the outside.
BThanks to the advanced non-stick coating technology, the working surface of the pan is highly wear-resistant, but the main innovation is that the non-stick coating is protected by a steel honeycomb mesh. The design provides uniform frying at any temperature conditions, including very high temperatures, and additionally protects the coating from mechanical damage from kitchen tools.

In such a frying pan, you can easily fry a steak until crisp, or cook a tender fish fillet.

selenа, is this description exactly from a frying pan on wb for 1.5r? Because the company is listed there as Resto, China, and not at all WMF Profi Resist.

Girls who wrote about the magical effect of vinegar and citric acid on stains on stainless steel? My magic doesn't work, maybe I need 9% essence? Or just grate a lemon?

The son was too lazy to shift the stew into a frying pan, warmed it in a new saucepan.

Charlotte, I use vinegar 9%.

I rubbed the toilet bowl, there is oxalic acid, and lactic acid 30% (I wanted to make a chemical peeling from it acidic, I was too lazy, lying around) - nope, yellowness is not necessary. I'll buy a lemon, at the same time I will drive the washing machine with a lemon.

Please orientate on the cauldron! I really want to buy
I showed a freshly bought cauldron here, bought it at Ozone at a discount, it has a flat bottom, for all stoves! We took a 6 liter, there are less than 4-4.5 liters and more than 10.12 liters and even more. It is of the correct Uzbek shape: despite the fact that the bottom is flat, from the inside it is spherical, nothing is flat, as expected!
Cooking utensils (pots, pans, lids) (2)
🔗
They write handmade. It is already burnt; there is a little ash and soot at the bottom outside. We decided to buy the cover ourselves, a glass one, 32 cm along the rim of the cauldron. On Ozone you can buy with a lid, but we don't like the non-transparent aluminum lid, we like to watch the process
So far, only vegetables have been made, but great! The induction unit more than 600W was not turned on, the handles could be taken with bare hands all the time, while it boiled well under the lid. We have a cauldron for coals, we wanted it for induction, we fulfilled my husband's dream, now you can make pilaf at home!

I just wanted to order a frying pan with honeycombs and got confused. For some reason, 24 cm more expensive than 26 cm. And two 26 cm models at different prices. I need it at 26. Can someone explain?
LudMila
kirch, Ludmilaprobably 24 cm more expensive, because it is a more popular size. Marketing. This is my guess.)) And one diameter at a different price - there are different packaging options, with and without a branded box and package. But in the reviews they write that they ordered an option with a box, but brought it without. This does not affect the functionality, so it is better to take the one that is cheaper.
