There are three modes for meat - stew (even very tough meat becomes soft), frying - I use it for steaks, chicken, fish. And, of course, the oven. The beauty is that you can adjust the cooking time in all modes (except for cereals and pilaf) This is something that is missing in Bork, but it also has its advantages - an oven and a double boiler - 3 power levels. This is not in the Element. So, choose.
