Cooking method

  • Pour semolina with serum for half an hour.

Good evening everyone, here is my report: I did everything strictly according to the recipe, baked in the oven for 50 minutes at 200 degrees in small metal muffin tins, which I greased with oil and sprinkled with semolina so as not to burn. I really liked the structure and taste - moderately soft and unpleasantly sweet dough. It turned out 20 small cupcakes and one large (the leftovers that did not fit into the molds, I just poured them into a refractory microwave dish). By the way, what was baked in a microwave oven did not rise at all during baking. Glaze - 3 tablespoons of sugar, sour cream, butter, cocoa. The icing tastes like bitter chocolate, so my child refuses to eat this, so whoever loves a less intense taste - more sugar and less cocoa. The recipe is set off!

I baked in the oven, set the time to 50 minutes (focusing on vasssa), but since my oven, alas, works unevenly, I turned on the convection and, accordingly, reduced the temperature to 170 ° C. Only here I do not lubricate the molds, for which I love silicone. So 50 minutes turned out to be a lot - a rather strong dryish crust formed. And I liked the taste, but next time I will put more sugar!
