Brownies Faberge Egg in Eggshell

Ingredients

Dough:
bitter chocolate 70-75% 100 g
butter 60 g
granulated sugar 75 g
egg (large) 1 PC
wheat flour 50 g
cocoa powder 1.5 tbsp. l
a pinch of salt
Additionally:
table salt 100 g
water 1 l
eggshell 7 pcs

Cooking method

  • The first part of the Marlezon Ballet. The most time consuming.
  • First of all, we need to prepare the shells. To do this, make a hole with a thick needle from the blunt side of the egg (raw and thoroughly washed beforehand). Then we take a wooden skewer and expand this very hole to 5-7 mm in diameter. This must be done very carefully so that small pieces of the shell do not get inside the egg. After the hole has reached the size we need, stir the yolk with a skewer (inside the egg) and pour the contents into a bowl. We do this with all 7 eggs. Remember that we need one egg for the test!
  • We wash the finished shells with running water. We prepare a solution of salt and water, put the shells in it so that they drown in it, and leave it for 30 minutes. Then we rinse the shells again with water and let them dry.
  • Pour 0.5 tsp of vegetable oil into each shell (it is most convenient to do this with a bottle of oil with a dispenser), shake the shells well, put it on a paper towel and let the oil drain.
  • We make foil "nests" in muffin tins and set the shells so that they do not fall and hold well.
  • The second part of the Marlezon Ballet. We take chocolate and try not to eat it.
  • We take chocolate, break it into small pieces, put it in a saucepan. We also send butter and granulated sugar there. We put all this in a water bath and bring to a uniform state, stirring occasionally the contents of a small saucepan. Let it cool.
  • Add the egg, flour, sifted with cocoa powder and salt. We knead the dough.
  • We transfer the dough into a tight bag, cut off a corner from it. You can put it into a pastry syringe and use a thin nozzle (I actually did this, but the dough turns out to be very thick, it's hard to squeeze it out). We fill the shells 3/4 full.
  • We put in an oven preheated to 165-170 degrees and bake for 15 minutes. If the oven is longer, the brownies will be dry.
  • Allow to cool completely before serving.

For this I recommend using an ordinary disposable medical syringe for 5-10 ml, replacing the needle, with a 10-15 cm piece of a plastic tube from the dropper.
I apologize for the comparison, but in this way I dose a two-stroke mixture (oil-gasoline 1:50) for a chainsaw. The accuracy is high and the task is similar. The tool is penny, no hassle. And the syringe can be reused.
