Cooking method

  • Spread the dough in strips alternately in the form, tilting it. Put apple plates on white strips. Bake at 180 degrees until light golden in color.
  • Cream-1:
  • Beat the softened butter, add boiled condensed milk, beat until fluffy, add lemon, cognac.
  • Cream-2:
  • Cook semolina from milk, sugar, semolina, add 50 g of butter, vanilla at the end, cool. Beat butter until fluffy, add chilled porridge.
  • Assembling the cake:
  • Lay the cake in this order: cake - cream-1 - canned cherries - cake - cream-2 - cake.
