And most importantly, they do not grow stale for a very long time, while the next day I have baked goods, and these two pieces remained on a tray and some, going to bed, did not cover them with anything - in the morning I looked - well, I think I will have to give them to the village - and they are cuddly! Do not melt butter. Place in a piece. There will be no splashing. And there is much less vegetable in the recipe. It alone does not splash, especially if added in several steps.

I melted the butter, but when kneading, along with the fats, I added a spoonful of flour specially left from the total amount - this way the kneading goes better and nothing splashes

In principle, when rolling with a rolling pin during sculpting, you crush it and the bubbling arising from lying should evaporate again.
