  • Separate ¼ part of the flour and set aside (Will be needed at the end of the batch). And knead the dough trail. way:
  • We load flour, milk, salt, sugar, yeast into a bucket of CP ¾ and put it in the dough program, when the CP stops kneading the dough, let it stand on heating for 15-20 minutes to allow the flour to swell. Then add fats: vegetable oil for the elasticity of the dough, and butter - for the richness and softness of the bread, transfer the CP to the "French pastry" program and add the remaining flour to the end of the first batch. On this, too, we close the lid of the HP and go about our business. * do not forget to remove the bread after the characteristic signal of your HP!
  • If we have time and still fiddle around in the kitchen not far from HP, then you can load flour, milk, salt, sugar and yeast into a bucket of HP,, immediately turn on the "French pastry" program (for me it lasts 3 hours 40 minutes) and , then add butter and vegetable oil at the beginning of the second batch (I have it after 1 hour), and flour at the end of the second batch. To me, this method seems optimal for HP, since I still always work in the kitchen. And you choose the most suitable one for you. Only in whatever way you bake the bread, do not forget to remove the finished bread from the mold after the end of the program and, after wrapping it in a clean towel, put it on the wire rack until it cools! Then he will never sweat with you and will delight you with his cut!
