  • I'll make a reservation right away. I was kneading the dough for one and a half norms. Divided it into 2 parts. In one half I added 650 gr. apples, in the second - 600 gr. pitted plums. Baked in 2 identical tins 20X24 cm.
  • Whisk together the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs. Mix the sifted flour and baking powder. Gradually adding flour, knead the dough. I did all this with a mixer. The dough is creamy.
