Ingredients

apples 450 g
white dried bread 50 g
butter 100 g
powdered sugar 50 g
cream or milk 150 g
cinnamon 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Grease the form with butter. If the form is not removable, then cover with parchment paper and grease. Cut white bread as thin as possible. Peel and seed apples.
  • Pour the cream into a bowl. Now you need to lay everything in layers. Moisten each slice of bread in cream and place in a mold in a circle, filling in all the empty spaces. Put the apples, cut into slices, on top. Sprinkle with a third of the icing sugar and add the pieces of butter. Make 2 more layers in this way. Top oil.

Note

This recipe is for a 15 cm mold. I had 23. Therefore, more products were taken. And my advice is to add more powdered sugar. if the apples are not very sweet!
