Manyasha! Yes, I especially tried with mushrooms for you, as I promised. And I still have a lot of cucumbers. Can I send them?
SchuMakher

I will try to cook it, if it does not strangle a large and green amphibian (well, our dry porcini mushrooms are very expensive).

(well, we have very expensive dry porcini mushrooms).
Yes, they are also not very cheap, but the fact is that we are mushroom pickers, so there are always mushrooms in the house.
Luysia, of course, a porcini mushroom, it is white in Africa, but it is quite possible to do with other dried mushrooms: boletus, boletus, boletus. After all, dried mushroom gives a special thick aroma. And in combination with cucumber pickle, this is something

we are mushroom pickers too! but only in our country more and more fly agarics are growing ... no, there are white ones too, but the Tubilians from the surrounding villages cut them to the root for another week, so while you get there on the weekend, only fly agarics and Tubil cigarette butts through the forest ...

Lissochka, why not? If the soul asks, then it is necessary to put both lemon and olives.
I am very glad that I liked the soup

Thank you, namesake, for the recipe! The Christmas fast has begun and the recipe is right on the topic. Having acquired two HP and decided to buy MV. A couple of days ago I got a Polaris PCM 0508D. So far I have been cooking according to my own recipes, but I love the new one. Here I sit, choosing a recipe and stumbled upon yours. As soon as we finish the cabbage soup, I will definitely try it.

Yes, yes ... you need to cook your beloved a lean soup until the cucumbers are stolen

What a great soup, I will definitely try it)))

That's it, I'm making some soup! In general, while I was reading the igridients, I didn’t realize that this is a real lean pickle. I just rarely cook with mushroom broth, but I decided to try this soup. Tasty!

Many thanks to everyone: both the author for the recipe and those who wrote the comments really helped a lot! I cooked soup for the first time in my little Panasonic 10. I fried chopped onions and carrots one by one in a pan, because it's faster, and it's a pity to torment the multicooker bowl once again, I want it to last longer. I added a couple of tablespoons of dolmio sauce to the frying. Peeled and cut one large potato, cut half a pickled cucumber (it was large enough, but the cartoon was small). I added a handful of boiled pearl barley (left from yesterday) and a little mushrooms, already thawed about 200 grams (they were collected in the summer, boiled and frozen, different). Finely chopped one clove of garlic with a knife and there. In short, all the ingredients were thrown all at once into a multicooker, added broth by eye, turned on the "stewing" mode for 2 hours. When I opened it after the signal, I tried it, I didn't believe it myself - all the vegetables did not fall apart, but at the same time they were soft, well boiled, delicious soup turned out, incredible. It doesn't work like that on gas. Apparently due to the fact that it slowly languishes in the cartoon for a long time and gives it such deliciousness. In general, I was once again happy as a child. Now the next in line is the naval pasta as advised here on the forum. Bravo to everyone for the tips and bravo to my little helper!

I also forgot to say that I threw a little bit of minced pork into the soup, well, quite a bit, maybe a couple of tablespoons.

Is it so modest? You can cook in meat broth and add meatballs for taste. I then put this soup in the post, so the lean option
