I read all forum posts. My own dream is to buy a cookie 1054 while it is out of stock. But in 2 months I tested two models of a multicooker: dex 60, and after phillips 3077... It so happened that both multipliers were bought for mothers as a gift and went through my testing. What can I say: both are beautiful, but dex 60 is simpler, clearer and more adapted to our recipes. It's a pity that Phillips has now bought this company, but since September a one-on-one model with dex has appeared in the Brant company, only the covers are different colors: cherry, silver and gold! While there are no Ukrainian online stores, they are sold in Russia. Interestingly, this model combined dex and phillips in the following: a pot like ceramics (although it's hard to believe) with a volume of 5 liters, silicone potholders included - it's like in phillips, the rest is from dex, people seem to be delighted with the reviews. If I had chosen, I would probably have stopped at this combination, that is, on Brant.
And now about comparing dex 60 and phillips 3077:
1. Dex is still more thoughtful than the program - there is a "languor" mode, which is amazingly prepared aspic, so transparent, beautiful, you can make baked milk on it. There is no such thing in Phillips, and this effect can be achieved only on the "porridge" mode, but in time this is a maximum of 2 hours, you can not do it anymore, unless you run this program again. You can also achieve the effect on the "Oven" program with a temperature of 80 degrees, the effect is slightly worse and again the time is maximum 2 hours. And in dex, the yearning for time seems to be up to 12 o'clock, you can expose. That is, in order to prototype a product in a Phillips, you need to play around and adapt yourself. On the "extinguishing" it boils violently, on the "porridge" it seemed to me just right, only it is necessary to re-enable the program several times. That is, I think this is one of the biggest disadvantages of the Phillips, although it can all be overcome.
2. The program "Yogurt" in dex is separate and you don't have to fool yourself about the temperature and cooking time. In Phillips, you need to put the yogurg on the "oven" mode, set the temperature yourself, ATTENTION !!!! 40g, not 50g as per the recipe, otherwise what is this yogurt? All lactic acid bacteria die at temperatures above 42g, this time! Further, the time on the "Oven" mode is limited to 2 hours maximum ..... which yogurt are we talking about, is it two? It takes at least 6 hours to ferment. Therefore, in this cartoon, according to their instructions, we will get just a lactic acid product and an absolutely useless waste of money on starter cultures and live yogur to add to milk according to the recipe. I think that you just need to pour milk, add any simple yogurt, cream ... and you will get just a delicious lactic acid product, but not HELPFUL, like real live yogurt. So smart, because I studied this question + I have a separate yogurt maker. But again, I think that you can get out of this situation as follows: set the temperature to 40g for 2 hours, and then hope that until the required at least 6 hours (and in general, according to science, from 8 to 12 is being prepared) in the thermos mode the cartoon will keep itself this temperature .... just like that. I have not tried it myself, I will do it, I will unsubscribe.
3. In Phillips, in contrast to Dex, there is a "cook" program, which at first put me in a stupor at all and thanks to this forum I realized that it turns out to be for cooking dough products, pasta, dumplings, dumplings, kampot! In short, I concluded that the mode is for quickly heating any liquid product, and then switching to another mode for extinguishing and heating. You never know what circumstances happen in life, sometimes you need something very quickly! But the first courses absolutely do not need to be cooked in this mode, everything is boiling too much !!!! Conveniently, the cartoon beeps when the water boils, then you have to throw food. It's good for compotes, I dropped it and turned off the mode, let it insist on it!
4. Porridge is cooked in dex on the "buckwheat (55min)" program, in phillips on the "porridge (2 hours)" program. It differs only in time, but in Phillips after 2 hours, buckwheat becomes a concrete mess, that is, not for an amateur, but as a science useful !!!! Conclusion: in dex, you get ordinary cereals, and in phillips, they are very boiled, but this is not a drawback, probably for corn porridge this is a lot of super time.In Phillips, for the usual effect of cooked porridge, you just need to set the time to 1 hour and that's it, no problem !!!! Another cool thing about dex is that "milk porridge" is rendered in a separate program!
5. I haven't made any baked goods yet, and I'm not going to, all the groans about pies are ridiculous for me, since there is nothing better than an oven, whatever one may say! I say this from experience, I baked only on dex, everything is fine, but compared to the oven with the same recipe, the height, structure, crust, etc. are completely different and in favor of the oven. In any case, this function is needed for a small amount of dough, so as not to start a whole oven when you are not at home with a cartoon, in the country, for example, and you want pastries for tea in nature, etc. !!!! So for a full-fledged cake and cake, of course, an oven, and for achma, casseroles, banisters, cartoon charlotte. Although, as for me, baked goods after a multi of any company are still kind of wet, albeit baked. But people like it, they bake everything with a bang, the master's business is shorter! Unlike dex, the baking mode is combined with the manual mode, that is, in addition to the time, you can also adjust the temperature!
6. As for the accessories, in comparison with Phillips, there are 2 steamers in dex, which is very convenient for steaming dumplings, dumplings, manti. All the same, two servings at once or one do matter. But in Phillips, the ladle has a special protrusion and is held vertically on the bowl ... a touch, but nice, sometimes it is necessary! Also in Phillips there are silicone potholders, which is very convenient from burns. They can also be used for a conventional oven. Both models have a removable cover, which differs greatly from medals from other companies, the price in online stores is about the same for both.
7. The instruction is better for dex. Phillips has it compiled for those who already understand multicooker and cook it. In general, there are no recommendations on what dishes to cook on what mode. You can only rely on recipes that also have inconsistencies. All this, in principle, is not scary, just a flaw.
8. All other modes are normal, the time varies everywhere, there is plenty of flight for imagination!
CONCLUSION: I think that both models are very worthy for their cost, there are differences in modes that can make the owner's choice in favor of one or another model. As for me, not yet knowing about Brant's new model until this morning, I was scrolling through my head: if someone would combine dex and phillips for me into one: the modes would be like dex, and everything else like phillips (the volume of the bowl , potholders, 2 dex steamers, etc. ......). A review for those who, in principle, could not choose between these two models. Now it will be easier for people who will have time to buy a dex, since it will soon be gone, the leftovers are being sold, and for those who want a cartoon as a dex, they must wait for the sale of the latest Brant model in Ukraine. I myself am thinking about this model for myself instead of an expensive doll, although I really want it !!!! I could have made a mistake in the information posted, so I hope that super experts on Phillips 3077 will kindly correct me or give me recommendations !!!!
