Tell me which multicooker is better to buy: Philips HD3036 / 03 or Philips HD 3077/40 ???
Philips HD 3077/40, just because the cover can be removed and washed there, this is important to me
elfree
Differences between Philips HD3036 / 03 and Philips HD 3077/40
Philips HD3036 / 03 has a 4L bowl, separate Buckwheat and Pilaf programs (automatic programs). There is a Yogurt program. Otherwise, everything is similar to Philips HD 3077/40.
elfree
Just like nika-773 ran into a problem in Philips HD 3077/40.
The multicooker stopped working when plugged in. That is, the red Power indicator did not light up and there was no musical trill, the multicooker did not react to pressing the buttons, the clock stopped counting the time and froze in one position. Since the warranty repair (and two weeks have passed since the date of purchase) did not suit me (it is not clear what to wait for 45 days), I took the multicooker this morning to a familiar household appliance specialist. An hour later, he called and said that the multicooker could be taken. The reason for the inoperability of the multicooker turned out to be a processor failure, it was cured by an elementary restart of the processor, no financial costs. Change nothing, no need to solder. I will try to explain the details later. Of course, the residue from such a problem remained, but the multicooker at home works, and this is the main thing.
exiga
It is really sad, because such a problem was unfortunately not unique. But you seem to have mentioned that you also felt "shaking" on the stainless steel sides? Maybe it played a role after all?
elfree
No, I did not feel any tremors, and I paid attention to the multicooker, because I saw that the time on it did not correspond to the current time, and I thought, I needed to correct it, plugged it into the network, but it does not work.
exiga
Then the company Philips had to attach a toggle switch to reboot the processor, so as not to go with the cartoons on services.

This is bad. Now your mule is left without a guarantee, after it was opened, bypassing this very guarantee.

I don’t think so, I think that while the warranty is valid, it’s better to give it under warranty for repair. Otherwise, then, God forbid, what will be more serious - and everything, the guarantee is zero, only in the trash. Well, let everything be good for you and don't break anymore.
I just sell equipment, and my husband keeps my service. This is all, unfortunately, from experience, nothing personal.
nika-773
Elfree It's just super that your problem was solved so easily. But the question arises - how often do you have to restart this very processor ???
elfree
This is a great mystery!
nika-773
It is necessary to contact the manufacturer, let them eliminate their shortcomings, because many people are faced with the same situation. Another would be to find out the reasons for all breakdowns. If everyone has a problem with processors, then this is their flaw. And how long has this model been produced interesting?
elfree
The very model of the multicooker in 2012, manufactured in February 2012.
nika-773
How can we bring manufacturers here? Who is strong in this? ... Let's try. I read the BRANTS forum, so at least the representatives of the company are with them, and answer all the questions that arise. Let's try and we are Phillipians.

Can you tell me? I took the mule on the Internet. There is no warranty card. There is a certificate from Philips and such a large piece of paper in different languages, which indicates that the company gives a guarantee for 2 years, that the serv. the center accepts only with a warranty card, etc. Should there still be a warranty card with the date of purchase?

This little booklet (a large piece of paper) is the warranty card, there are blank lines, signed in different languages, this is where the seller had to fill in and seal. Find this page to fill out and see if there are any entries worth it.

Tell me, how much yogurt is done on baked goods (40gr)
I would love to see the photo
elfree
In theory, since I don't make it myself, yogurt can be made under your direct control as follows:
- option 1, turn on the Oven program, set the temperature to 40 degrees, the maximum time is 2 hours, start and wait for the signal of the multicooker to finish work, after the signal, turn on the Oven program again, set the temperature to 40 degrees and time 1.5 hours, start (total time 3.5 hours). After the signal from the multicooker about the end of work, turn off the multicooker and disconnect it from the network. Let the yogurt stand in a closed multicooker for another 1 hour. Pour the yogurt from the multicooker bowl into the storage container;
- option 2, turn on the Oven program, set the temperature to 40 degrees and the time to 2 hours, start. After the signal from the multicooker about the end of work, turn off the multicooker and disconnect it from the network. Let the yogurt stand in a closed multicooker for another 1 hour. Pour the yogurt from the multicooker bowl into the storage container.
It is necessary to control the cooking process due to the fact that after the end of the Oven program, the Heating program starts automatically, and its temperature regime is much higher than 40 degrees.
Note: For yoghurt we take 1 liter of milk, 125 gr. "Activations", mix at room temperature, pour into 2 sterilized jars of 0.5 liters, put them in a slow cooker, pour water over the shoulders of the jars.
nika-773
If I understood correctly, it takes 6-8 hours to make yogurt. So they write on the official phillips website, where I registered my multicooker. I asked how to properly prepare yogurt in the 3077th model.

6-8 hours are needed for yoghurts, which are prepared from special dry starter cultures. This is a healthy living yogurt if you want to get it. And if from Activia - then yes, in 2-3 hours it will be ready.
