Leonid.
Experienced users of multicooker 3037 and 3077, please tell me if you have had any problems with electronics, because when you look at these models in online stores, these comments are everywhere-
Disadvantages: stopped working on the 3rd day after purchase
Alena December 5, 2012

I bought such a slow cooker and after two weeks it simply did not turn on (not a single button works, for no reason, despite the fact that nothing was boiling and I don’t cook porridge from milk, I’ve already read a similar review here, so this is not a network. multicooker problems and this is very upset I do not recommend

You know, probably a very large percentage of such cases, alas! Even I faced a similar problem, but glory to the local service - they fixed the problem in just half an hour, there is an opinion that something with contacts And there were (or rather most) cases when the equipment was exchanged, apparently the services do not want to bother with the repair Now the cartoon is working mmm like watch
arxideia
And they finally called me today from the service, and said that the multicooker was repaired, you can pick it up

Congratulations! And how many cartoon have you been in the service?

I spent 4 days in the service. It's just that the master has not been there all these days. When we pick it up, I will ask what was the reason for the breakdown.
So I want to pick her up quickly
and here, it is so covered with snow, and continues to take revenge that I don't know when we will go to the service (the service is in another city)

Hello. There would be no happiness, but misfortune helped. We bought a present for my husband (he loves porridge with raisins and rice prunes) to a cartoon Redmond4503 for his birthday. An attempt to cook porridge ended in disgrace for me (the porridge was burnt and not cooked), the frying had to stand and interfere, it still tried to burn, but the third attempt with stewing, after 40 minutes, the cartoon fogged up (display) and flowed In short, the gift was a success. And this is in 3 days. And you scold Phillips. Well, they immediately ran to the store, wrote a statement refusing to repair and began to wait for the legal 14 days. And then I began to study the forums in more detail. It turns out the Chinese Redmond is famous for shoals. As a result, they called me from the store and offered to take the money, which I was glad, because I already purposefully knew that I would buy Philips. This technique did not let me down. Now I have НD3037. And the first tests were successful, rice porridge and charlotte were excellent. Well, the design is just lovely, which is what Philips has always been different. Thank you for your forum.

Congratulations on your purchase! I hope the cartoon will delight you with goodies, and you will delight us with impressions

I sympathize! But this is solved very quickly in the service. Of course it is unpleasant, this is the trend. Hope for a positive outcome!

Girls, mom ordered a blender and a slow cooker. I already bought a blender, and a cartoon ambush ...
It is necessary that she bakes well, without upside-downs, there is a regime of milk porridge. And, most importantly, it is easy to operate for an elderly person. I look at 3077. How is he in control, is the screen clearly visible?
I also look in the direction of Hitachi, but there is almost no information.
Happy owners will respond
exiga
What can I tell you, for an elderly person the display is probably not very readable, since there is no backlight and you need to look at the displayed "programs" from above. I have nothing to compare with, but the control seems to me quite convenient, and it seems that the principle of installing programs for all cartoons is very similar - menu-time-delay-temperature. Here at 3077 there is still an ambush that the contact is lost, and you need to go to the service (it seems that after the repair there were no relapses, but still!), That is, I definitely cannot recommend you, this is more likely for the owners of a certain share of adventurism And so a cartoon of me pleases with the quality of cooking, design, quiet signals and generally a huge help in everyday life
Lucha
exiga, thanks. Considering that my parents live in the area, the fast service center disappears immediately.

As I noticed, the main problem of the Philips HD 3077/40 multicooker is that, being connected to the network and in an inoperative state, their hours suddenly stop running, and the multicooker stops responding to any button presses. As the master who repaired my cartoon explained to me, in the Philips electronic circuit, there are two crystal oscillators, and when in your email. power surges occur in the network, then the operation of the quartz generator goes astray, thereby disabling the operation of the microprocessor. This is solved by soldering and subsequent soldering of a quartz generator. This restarts the microprocessor built into the cartoon. But of course it is desirable that this procedure be done by a person who is friendly with electronics. Something like this. But this is advice for those who do not want to hand over the cartoon under warranty. For myself, I made the following conclusion, turned on the cartoon, prepared a dish, turn off the cartoon and unplug the cord from the network, we check that the clock on the multicast in the unplugged state would work.
klepadysya
Probably so. Because I always turn it off after cooking. In addition, I have a voltage normalizer
Koalla21
Hello! Two days ago I bought a cartoon HD3036.
On the first day, I prepared a curd cheese from a recipe book, only put 300 g of curd for 20 minutes. (minimum possible for baking) by 180 degrees. It turned out very tasty, baked, but the bottom is slightly burnt - you need to reduce the baking temperature. For the night I put kefir on dry sourdough (for 7 hours + 2 hours I stood in the cartoon without heating - I waited until we wake up), it turned out.
On the second day, stewed cabbage: in the frying mode for 8 minutes. fried onions and carrots, added cabbage, salt, ground pepper, tomato paste and set to simmer for 1 hour.
I put buckwheat on a delay for the night (proportion 1 to 2). The buckwheat is crumbly. But more about that. The "Buckwheat" mode works for 40 minutes. and the time does not change. Since buckwheat had to stand in water all night and, therefore, it will swell without boiling and will be almost ready for use, my time is 40 minutes. scared, so I calculated the time (at my own risk and peril) so that when I woke up, there were still 20 minutes left. until the end of the program. And what was my surprise when the cartoon had already been heated for 38 minutes.
From this I concluded that the cartoon is very smart, that is,after a delay, starting the Buckwheat mode, she realized that there was no liquid for cooking or there was little left, and she cooked it for a few minutes, and then switched to heating.
The delayed start does not bother me, because in my Panasonic bread maker it is calculated in the same way

Let me ask you. Have you purchased REDMOND RMC-M110? If so, what are the impressions. I just started to study it. So far - a complete delight.
I am very glad for you, I assumed that I was completely delighted, but I did not manage to buy, since I live in Ukraine and here they are not on sale. We do not have a lot of good things from multicooker technology, so I personally bought Moulinex 7011 (eared).

Hello dear. Exactly a month my 3077 made me happy. Today I am in shock, I washed the cartoon and wanted to close it, pressed the lid, flew out a silvery latch-lock, I thought I was inserting it and then it was business. It was not there, it turned out to be plastic, it keeps on the ears there, so one ear broke off. Am I so crooked? Or is it a warranty case. ? I am very worried
azaza
I would not like to upset you, but mechanical damage is not covered by the warranty. The breakage of the plastic antenna will probably be considered mechanical. So ...
But try! Good luck to you!

I'm afraid to once again incur the wrath of the owners of Philips, but lately your Temka, alas, is replete with completely unhappy news. Didn't expect such shoals from Phillips. So much for your brand
swiffti
so it seems to me that mechanical damage is not a marriage, try to glue chtoli, I don’t know how to close the lid now, what kind of load to invent

Well vooot !!!! Why did I brag! In general, the cartoon worked fine last night. And today it just didn't turn on. The clock also stopped. Given that I have a voltage normalizer in my house. And I always turned it off from the network, and did not leave it. Girls. in general, they sell everywhere. Even eminent manufacturers. I recently bought a laptop at Comfi by Hulit Packard. Well, as recently ... six months ago. Since then, it has been under repair for the third time. And the money is not given in the store. Now here's another cartoon decided to finish me off completely! It would be better if Kuko took it, do not care for the money, if only she worked !!!!
kubelka
klepadysya !!!! FUCK WHAT PROBLEMS WITH THE PHILIPSES !!!! And I gave this cartoon to my mother, now I’m starting to worry so that it doesn’t break ... This message is specifically for you, so that you don’t think about some kind of advertising, but it’s just useful for others to find out ...
I took the last 7011 Mulinex for myself, a pressure cooker, I am freaking out from the cooking speed ..... all the same, the pressure cookers were right that after it simple multicooker leaves aside ..... so if you want to buy a new thing, I recommend Mulinex 7011, not cuco 1054. It is cheaper by $ 100. One user who has a cookie, among other things, expressed an opinion about the advantages of Moulinex in terms of the speed of recruitment and release of pressure. Usually, for example, cooking porridge in pressure cookers is the same time as cartoons, because they take a long time to gain and release pressure, but our model does it several times faster, pilaf in 12-15 minutes, maximum, depending on the meat, 25 minutes is inspiring. ... broths for 20 minutes, just porridge for 5-10 minutes ... etc. Therefore, this model differs from other pressure cookers, including cuckoo cooking speed of absolutely all dishes.
Yes, there are some flaws in the recipes for this model and the principle of operation differs from the standard one, but if you understand it and approach it correctly, you will get used to it and fall in love for a very long time. At first, people were shocked by this miracle, some returned it back, many do not understand how it works, but in fact, if you figure it out, everything is very simple and pleasant ...Now who was at first in perplexity cook on it with a bang and still exhibit recipes. So good luck and if you ask anything !!!!!
klepadysya
kubelka, thanks for such a post for me! You won't believe it! Yesterday I just sat in the subject of this moulinex. Only here are doubts that there are no universal programs, only for their recipes. But in general it is super. But now I doubt that they will refund my money for Phillips. I'm taking her to the service tomorrow. Probably, they will just fix it. But I would gladly refuse it. I am disappointed!
kubelka
klepadysya !!!! I already said that the principle of operation is different there, but now from experience it became clear to many users that familiar programs are not needed when you figure it out. If you want to use the recipes, if you don't want to, cook it yourself in manual mode. At first, after the usual multicooker, everyone is at a loss, and then you get used to it and don't notice ... there is nothing complicated, I had a dex and your Phillips, so I went through everything ...
Koalla21
The other day I was preparing unpolished rice with a delayed start in the proportion of rice to water (1: 3). The rice turned out to be boiled, but at the same time crumbly.
In the "Rice" and "Buckwheat" modes, after pressing the "Start" button, dashes begin to run in a circle, and a countdown begins 10 minutes before the end of cooking.
Yesterday I cooked pork ribs: I fried them in a pan (since the pan is larger than a multi-bowl), fried onions with carrots, put everything in a multicooker, added tomato paste, ground pepper, water and set to stew for 2 hours, after 1.5 hours I turned it off , because. the ribs were ready.

I also baked a curd casserole, the recipe was taken from a recipe book, only added 1 tbsp. l. cocoa, a little more sugar.

So I took the cartoon from the service on Saturday
Cause of failure "Board failure"
I hope this does not happen again.

We had (((Philips 3037. Wasn't happy for long. The latch broke after 3 months. Just like swiffti. The husband twists and turns, but it’s not known what to think of. CHEAP CHINESE PLASTIC !!!!! Disappointed in Phillips very much! Although how to the cartoon - there were no complaints.

Yesterday I made baked milk.
It turned out just super
She boiled homemade milk in a multitude on the "STEAM" mode (with the lid open) as soon as it began to boil, turned off the "STEAM" mode.
She took off the escape foam, then turned on the "EXTINGUISHING" mode for 7 hours.
After the end of the regime (it was 12 at night), I turned off the cartoon and went to bed.
In the morning the milk was still boiling.

In the same place, there is a recipe for tender curd.

how beautiful. I love everything from cottage cheese. thanks for the recipe. you need to go to the store for cottage cheese
arxideia
zita, I advise you to cook your own curd, which is attached to the recipe
The store usually sells grainy cottage cheese, and such a cheesecake is unlikely to work

Hello everyone.
my cartoon is broken. programs are all exposed, and not warm. and what to do now? who had this problem?
Nanin
please tell me the PHILIPS HD 3036/03 model broke quickly for everyone? I was very attracted by this multicooker, but after reading the forums that it has been working for 3 months and eating into the service, it’s scary to buy, and so its functionality suits me quite well now I can’t find a replacement :(

And if not all, but, say, 15-20% of users - will such a percentage of breakdowns suit you?
Business, of course, master's, choose what you want. But why to want I cannot understand a multicooker of an unreliable brand. Well, there would be no reliable multicooker with an excellent set of functions. So, thank God, there is plenty to choose from!
Philips is a brand, you can't argue with that. But as practice has shown, so far Phillips has the only reliable, like a rock, multicooker - 3039 (only her figs where you can find). Everything else - from the series "grandma in two". Phil does not add up to cartoons yet, but Phil's owners will forgive me once again. Or, rather, they will not forgive again.
Koalla21
I have PHILIPS HD 3036 for 2 months and this is my first multicooker. I am very pleased with her. I bought it mainly because of my husband, because I eat a lot, and I don't want to stand at the stove all evening after work. I chose for a long time. At first I wanted to buy a multicooker-pressure cooker, but in Kharkov there is no choice at all. I liked Moulinex Cook4Me, but it is purely a pressure cooker and the price confused. If Brand or Oursson MP5005PSD multicooker were sold in Ukraine, I would have bought them. But from what was at the time of purchase on the Ukrainian market, I chose PHILIPS HD 3036. The quality of the saucepan (the coating is excellent), the availability of the yogurt program (due to the lack of space in the kitchen, I did not want to buy a separate yogurt maker), deferred start. Of course, all this is also in other multicooker, for example, Dex 60, but I liked this one better. Now I cook porridge (buckwheat, rice, pearl barley, pumpkin) only in it, and often with a delayed start. She stewed meat, baked cottage cheese casserole, cooked soups. Everything turns out great. As I understood, HD 3077 breaks mainly.
Nanin
all my torment is over !!!! I just went to look and could not resist, I bought 3039 the promotional price, I really liked 855 UAH. Yes, and I'm already tired of choosing, I spat, what will happen, it will certainly help and delight!
I loaded bake sour cream, in 10 minutes I will evaluate the result))) I hope it will work out, ugh, ugh, ugh
