Logically, if such a powerful explosion occurred in the video, then the pan should have burst into shreds, because if it had just ripped off the lid, then all the contents would have rushed along the path of least resistance, that is, upwards (my mother-in-law once had stuffed cabbage rolls on ceiling) And in an electric pressure cooker, at least the saucepan is also in an additional container, so even this can save the kitchen from such large-scale damage. In general, I saw a video on the network, when even the washing machine exploded, there it just burst the drum at high speeds!

I still can't try to make yogurt. After work, you have to cook dinner, but you don't want to put it on at night, you want to sleep ... and again it remains to postpone it for the weekend.

Cooking, Cooking! It's just that the cartoon has passed smoothly into the category of familiar things, and already the ardor of "boasting" has faded a little. That's all I want to bungle jelly, probably for the new year. And you really need to watch yoghurts in our cartoon, otherwise there is no special temperature regime, but when it switches to "heating" automatically, you will eat cottage cheese. It's also useful!

And on the weekend I decided to make jellied meat, loaded my favorite saucepan and poured some water. And then, as I thought that the bones could scratch her, I immediately felt so sorry for her, I had to shift everything into an indestructible pan and cook on gas. The attempt failed.

why will it scratch? Well they don't poke around on the bottom of the crutch ?! or mess around ??? as far as I understand, there is a possibility to scratch on a strong boil .... and can a fried chicken also scratch?
why am I completely confused already ...

If you put it carefully and if the chicken there will not swim on the multi with a breaststroke, then nothing will be scratched.

and if without bones? we put the skins. in general, cartilage and skin will secrete all the necessary amount of gelling substances.try to cook jellied meat from pork ears, the addition of pork ears can compensate you for the lack of bones in the jellied meat, I personally will do this, one pulp and skins.

6-8 hours are needed for yoghurts, which are prepared from special dry starter cultures. This is a healthy living yogurt if you want to get it. And if from Activia - then yes, it will be ready in 2-3 hours.

In vain about the jellied meat, the hostesses bother. If I knew that there were problems, I would take a picture and post it on the forum. Only now we have finished this "delicacy". For the night for stewing, I put any collection of meat: legs of beef + pork, ears, chicken legs, chopped pieces, in short, a little bit and the COLD IS JUST SUPER! Quite transparent, beautiful and rich. There are small, seemingly well-known, nuances that must be observed. Many do not know about them.
First, put the meat compactly in a bowl, then pour water only to cover it, even 1.5 cm of water on top is already MUCH (do not forget that it almost does not evaporate in cartoons), put on the "Stew" mode After cooking, you need to remove the meat from the broth, strain it conscientiously through a fine sieve, preferably also through gauze (bandage).
And the most important thing at the end of cooking: put the meat on plates, at this time let the broth settle, and then you need to select all the fat from above (therefore it is better to take a transparent container, where the liquid will decompose into 2 layers and the fat layer will be clearly visible through the walls). ONLY IN THIS CASE THE COOLER WILL BE TRANSPARENT. Otherwise, no matter how transparent it is, uncollected fat will ruin the whole picture from above, which by the way is shown in the photo in the multi recipe book 3077. Look like that's it!

About concerns about the bowl. I haven't checked it with bones yet, but I regularly find home at multi with spoons and forks (they are pigs), but there is not a scratch on the saucepan.
In general, there is no active boiling during extinguishing, so I think the bones will not crawl over the bowl. Don't be afraid of this.

I do not know what is the reason, but in my saucepan for 5 days of use, 2 pretty decent scratches appeared. I used only the spoons that came with the kit. The only time I cooked broth (gov. Bones) 2 times on cooking for 30 minutes. I didn't have time to buy silicone at that time. Now I bought a silicone spatula. Could it have scratched the bones like that? I did not interfere with them during cooking. Then dovarivola soup with them on the stew. By the way, it turned out super, the cartilages boiled down to softness.

I will definitely look through and read everything. It's just that, in fact, now we are limited in time (we are preparing for the wedding of our son) thank you very much for everything. And I never thought about yoghurts and dry starter cultures. I always bought yoghurt at a local store (live and without preservatives). Therefore, I also want to do something useful at home. Yes, lazte there at least as much as you want, if necessary, this is what multi-cookers differ from multi-cookers-pressure cookers. Just do not forget that the temperature is lost when opening and a little pressure in the system is lost (it is small, but there is). I drop in as much as I need, put in the ingredients, and with the dumplings the same garbage - they laid it down, got it. That's where 2 steamers would come in handy, like in dex 60 - you could make dumplings in two levels at once. By the way, I cooked manty at my mother-in-law on dex, in two steam plates at once. Why manufacturers skimp on one lower steam plate is not clear to me. I just think that you can hurry up and buy something similar on the market, the main thing is to guess with the diameter. Good luck to you!

I already wrote reviews and gave advice, since I use 3077 cartoons for a month. And only today it came to the timer delay. That's where I was disappointed !!!!!! The postponement does not work according to the principle of setting the time for which you want to get the result, for example, at 7 in the morning, but you need to count the time yourself, which you need to set to prepare for seven in the morning. If at 21-00 you decided to put the porridge with a delay at 7 am, then the timer must be set at 10 hours, provided the cooking time is 1 hour. And if she cooks for 2 hours, then you need to set 8 hours on the timer, in order for the cartoon to start cooking at 5 in the morning. I'm shocked how I got involved with this brand !!!!!! The mother-in-law has a dex 60, where everything is reflected on the scoreboard, and the cooking time, and the time for which everything needs to be prepared, and the temperature. In Phillips, except for the countdown, there is nothing, I did not remember the parameters, stop and count. My Panasonic bread maker works like that, with a countdown, but there the advantage is that you need to count down after what period of time you need to get the result and the oven itself counts down the cycle time. And in the cartoon it turns out that it is necessary not only to indicate the time after which she will cook, but to calculate and include the cooking time into it (and you can set cooking at least some time depending on the mode), so sit and count it if you cook for 1 hour , then it is so much time to set, if 3 hours, then another time ....... like nothing complicated and no, but the problem is still.THIS IS THE GREAT SCOOL OF THIS MODEL. I would have known, I would not have bought it, honestly! The rest of the rules. I have a hope that I may be wrong, but hardly ....

I advise you not to look at the collection of recipes at all. The modes for some dishes are nightmarish. For example, cooking for soups and borscht seems to be. If you cook it while cooking, then it will most likely boil and boil, and not boil normally. I did not yet know what the "cooking" mode was for (and it is for pasta, dumplings and dumplings, for quickly boiling the liquid before switching to another mode), I decided to cook the first dishes there, although I had to immediately think that the mode for 20 was somehow strange min ...... everything was boiling so much that I almost got through the valve. So the FIRST COURSES AND COLD ONLY ON "STEWING" with a time difference.
As for the COLD, you are never really normal in a simple multicooker (and a phillips is an idle multicooker, not a SCREW COVER) DO NOT BOOK in 2 hours, or rather boil a rich broth that may not solidify. We must remember what a multicooker is. For me, this is an assistant who cooks in time, like a stove, with the only difference that the stove is clean, no special control is needed and you can cook a dish with stitching at any time of the day. Therefore, jellied meat is cooked in it in the same way as in the simple method, that is, from 6 to 15 hours. The advantages in a mule are still huge: practically no foam forms on the surface of the broth, it does not BOILD OUT at all !!!! and you do not need to follow, put it on stewing overnight and filter by morning, pour it into the cold (especially who has a balcony). It turns out super! Just in case, let me remind you that there should be a lot of meat and water should only cover it. If you put a full saucepan of meat, ears, legs, bones, then you practically get water up to the extreme allowed mark for liquid. I, frankly, lila 1 cm more than the mark, nothing happened, everything turned out great. It is a pity that I did not take a picture. This is my first successful jellied meat in my life, before in general there was no craving to tinker with it ..... and now it became easy with aunt mules !!!!!

If I put porridge in the morning, for example, I need porridge at 9.00 and I put porridge at 22.00
I set the porridge mode, the cooking time is 1 hour or 2 hours, and then I count down the time on the 11 hour timer.
and by 9.00 am the porridge is ready. Everything is very simple.

We all studied at least at school to calculate everything ..... not about that .... of course everything is simple and you can get used to everything. But you must agree that it is easier to put your porridge at 9-00 and not count anything at all, we pay money for this, or at least for information. Thanks to Phillips for the finished instructions, in which there is not even a hint of what time to put on the line: interval or end !!! Isn't it a mistake that the instructions do not say anything, but the bulk of cartoons of various brands work in this direction according to the principle of "LAZY", that is, it makes it possible to set the final time! For me this is a drawback that you can get used to, but still it is a drawback !!!! This is me so angry, because at 3 in the morning I was blown up by the smell of porridge with fright and realized immediately that something was wrong with the delay. This cartoon, in any case, from the very beginning is a gift for my mother and I am very sorry that I bought it instead of Dex 60, there are better modes, and yogurt is made time without problems, and the display is brighter on which everything is reflected: temperature, cooking time , the delay time ..... but here, during the delay, I did not remember what cooking time I set and you don’t know already .... Well, in general, I certainly don’t want to drive to Phillips, the slow cooker is not bad, but not ideal, everything is learned in comparison. I still recommend it to those who want it, each mule has its own nuances, which are fundamental for someone, but norms for someone. Here, for example, in Ukraine, a new cartoon POLARIS 0517 came out, beautiful, many modes, a large bowl of 5 liters, and the delay time is again interval ... well, for me personally, she immediately died .... someone will not care. .... we are all different! Decide for everyone!
nika-773
I completely agree with you 100%. Just a cry from the heart to the producers, choo stupid or something. Turn to us in front, not backwards! All CFs are tested by hostesses by typing. Yes, yesterday they called and said the goods for exchange. I was terribly upset, I was hoping that nothing broke like that of elfree. They did not explain anything about the breakdown, how I did not torture them, they just said that the plant does not supply spare parts. I wanted something like 3037, it seems, for 5 liters, but they don't have them at all. I had to choose from what was-Panasonic, Polaris and Vitez. 3D from offer I only have Polaris, so they took her. A lot of programs, delay, yes, also inconvenient. While I was cooking, my enthusiasm disappeared a little, and I miss that one, apparently used to the little white one, and this is some kind of ugly black one. I'm very sorry about what happened, and good luck to you !!!

I looked a lot of information on different sites, literally almost every second breaks down in the second third week of operation. I think there is something wrong with these models, you are just in luck. I'm already afraid to take risks. I also deducted that the service life of these devices is 3 years, that phillips, that other firms are 7 years for Panasonic and brands, but we also have no brands. The town is small, the choice is small, and the money does not return.
