For 3 pots with a volume of 550 ml *:
Pork ~ 400-450 gr.
Rice (for one pot !!!) 1/3 multi-glass
Turnip onion 1-2 pcs.
Carrot 1 PC.
Sweet pepper 1/2 pcs.
A tomato 1 PC.
Garlic
Salt, pepper, seasoning
Olive oil for frying
Boiling water (hot water)

Cooking method

  • Cut the meat into 2x2 cm cubes. Fry the meat, adding a little salt, in a little olive oil for 5 minutes, so that the meat just grabs from all sides.

Note

* One pot is two servings in our family.

** My pots are quite tall, with a narrow neck. Therefore, I put the dishes prepared in them on plates, since it is not very convenient to eat straight from the pot. But if the pots are not high and with a large neck, which allows the contents to be mixed well and eaten, then the bookmark can be done the other way around: rice, frying, spices, meat.

*** You may need a little more water, depending on the type of rice.
