Pollock fillet in a cousin (Multicuisine DeLonghi)

Ingredients

Pollock fillet (or any other fish, preferably firm) as needed, I have 600g
Salt pinch
Corn flour 1-2 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil 2-3 st. l

Cooking method

  • I have been buying pollock or hake fillets for a long time, we sell them in such briquettes and there is practically no ice there, so the "waste" on water is not significant.
  • We defrost the fillet, divide it into pieces, I don't get even ones, because the fillets are not very even.
  • In the bag we prepare my favorite breading corn flour + salt (I have delicious salt) + rast. butter, mix everything, put the fish in the bag, mix again so that all the pieces are in this mixture.
  • Cooking in the Oven 3-4 level, 20-25 minutes, depending on how fried you need the fish. First, of course, I advise you to start with the shortest time and try as you like best.
  • It is delicious, very fast. You can do it from any fish. Those who love beer make a great snack.

Today I made zucchini and eggplants according to your recipe, in your breading for this fish. I cut the zucchini into slices, thicker than French fries, and the eggplant into 7mm thick circles. Roll in breading. Add dry garlic seasoning to the breading additionally. I baked it in an air fryer, I don't have a cousin Miracle-Yudo. Fried for 20 minutes at a temperature of 200, loaded the basket by less than 1/3. Finished zucchini had a dry golden crust, crunchy inside, but not raw and very very juicy, sweetish. Dip in homemade sour cream. Sweep two baskets of vegetables at a time. Two more are being fried, probably they won't survive until the morning .. Incredibly tasty and simple. And no one got burned ...

This time I did exactly according to Tanya's recommendations: in a bag I mixed corn flour with salt, herbs (I had dry dill + parsley), pieces of fish fillet in a bag, mixed everything well in a closed bag and put it in Tristar to bake.
