Ingredients

pasta 200-250g
minced meat (any) 250g
egg 1 PC
grated cheese ~ 50g
turnip onion 2 pcs
tomato sauce / ketchup 3 tbsp. spoons
salt
dry wine 0.3 cups
mushrooms (you can do it) 150g
Sauce
yolk 1 PC
cream 100-150g
grated cheese 100-120g
For frying
vegetable oil
butter

Cooking method

  • I don't really know how much to weigh in grams. All by sight. On the eye and wrote)))
  • Fry finely chopped onions and mushrooms in a mixture of vegetable and butter. Today I had 5 or 6 young aspen mushrooms, I cut off the legs almost under the caps and cut them into slices. Naturally, I cleaned and cooked the mushrooms.

  • boil the pasta, drain the water and, while the pasta is hot, add the egg and cheese to them, stir.
  • Put half of the pasta in a baking dish, then mince and cover with the remaining pasta. top with sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 180-190 gr. minutes 30-40.
  • In the original, flour must be added to the sauce. But for my taste it turns out a little dry with flour.
  • Baked in a form 20 * 20
