Ingredients

Ravioli (dumplings) 400g
Cream (at least 20%) 100-150 ml
Peaches 1-2 pcs.
Bananas 1-2 pcs.
Butter 25 g
Sugar (brown) 1-2 tbsp. l.
Mild fresh cheese and for sprinkling Optional
Water, salt.

Cooking method

  • I advise you to prepare a delicious, tender and hearty breakfast on a weekend. I had this recipe back in our first Italian trip, and was invented based on the availability of products. Since then, it has invariably been repeated by us quite often.
  • Instead of ravioli with ricotta, you can use our usual dumplings with cottage cheese or Adyghe cheese, and even with fruit.
  • Dessert ravioli (dumplings) with caramelized fruits and creamy sauce
  • In winter, fruit from compote is perfect, as long as they keep their shape. And bananas can be bought almost everywhere all year round.
  • Dessert ravioli (dumplings) with caramelized fruits and creamy sauce
  • - We put the water to warm up for cooking ravioli.
  • - We prepare fruits: wash and cut into slices. If you are using canned fruits, then you must first drain the syrup.
  • Dessert ravioli (dumplings) with caramelized fruits and creamy sauce
  • - Heat a frying pan with butter, put fruits in the boiled butter, gently and quickly turning over, fry on all sides. Sprinkle the fruit with sugar (preferably cane sugar) and let it simmer until caramelization and release of a small amount of juice. Put the fruits on a plate, keeping warm.
  • Dessert ravioli (dumplings) with caramelized fruits and creamy sauce
  • - At this time, put the ravioli in salted boiling water and cook over medium heat.

  • - Pour heavy cream (at least 22%) into the frying pan freed from fruit and boil it, stirring it, until it is creamy. You can add grated mild cheese at the end if you are sure it won't curl.
  • - We put the ravioli in a colander, put it in a pan with sauce and heat it up under a lid over the lowest heat for a minute.

  • - Serve on a plate with caramelized fruit, a slice of mozzarella (if available) and grated mild cheese.

Rada-dmsWhat kind of mild cheese did you use? To roughly pick up from what we sell.
(While I was asking, pictures appeared. But the cheese is not familiar to me. What does one of ours look like?)
Oh ... I want, I want! I'll wait for the weekend to put on some ravioli!

glad, an interesting variant of raviolek, I love different berry and fruit fillings.

I also like dumplings with apricots then fried in breadcrumbs - very tasty!

Ikra, ricotta filling, a piece of mozzarella is on top, but sprinkled with hard cheese, like Parmigiano, and the taste is not spicy at all! We don't have this, I think we can do without it!

Admin,

I am glad, what gourmand and what blasphemy to make and exhibit such beautiful and enticing photographs. I would like to taste this dish right away.
An artist, she made a straight life! Very beautiful presentation!

Rada-dms, then by chance, out of greed, I bought a solid ... mozzarella. It says Italian. It looks like perfect parmigiano, tastes spicy, but not so salty, and the taste is very interesting. I will save this piece. I probably won't melt it, so I'll sprinkle it, isn't it forbidden?
Masyusha
Bookmarked it! At the same time, I remembered that I had not made ravioli with ricotta and spinach for a long time!

Ikra, I think that the main thing in this recipe is unsalted and not very sweet filling and caramelized fruits, and banana gives a special taste, you can add a little cinnamon or zest when caramelizing! The identity will be in the spirit of Sardinian, if they add cinnamon to the cheese with broth.

Gaby, but I was ashamed of such a simple design - I just really wanted to eat and I had to urgently move out of the apartment! Thank you so much for such support - I will try to continue to justify

They ask me how to make these ravioli. I do it using the Marcato roller attachment.

Alyonushka, in the recipe I indicated the approximate composition. You can take ricotta with a small addition of cheese, or just with Adyghe and sl. butter, you can mix Adyghe, cottage cheese and eggs. The filling must be tasted, sweetened, and salted.

Rada-dms .. Olya! i am your headache
Mei has another question - the consistency of the filling .... I'm also the mistress of the raviolnitsa ... and I sent my own for the whole summer .... you can experiment with the lope)))

You are my joy! You can never say a bad word !!!
I make a plump consistency, as I correct the minced meat a little in each cell. popoobuy first make the Adyghe with suluguni in half, mash a little butter there with a fork. You get the filling for kveri, megerel dumplings. This is to adapt to the prefix.
