Butsyki (dumplings)

Ingredients

Flour ~ 250-270g
Egg 1 PC
Ice water 0.5 cups
Salt
onion 2 large onions
fat 100-150g
butter 2 tbsp. spoons

Cooking method

  • Dissolve the butter, beat with an egg until smooth, add water and then sifted flour. Knead the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  • Cut the bacon into pieces, melt it in a frying pan until golden cracklings are formed. Put the finished greaves in a separate bowl. Cut the onion into half rings, add to the pan with melted bacon and bring the onion until cooked over medium heat. Return the greaves to the pan.
  • Roll out a layer 2-3 mm thick from the dough. Cut into squares with a side of ~ 3 cm.
  • Connect 2 corners of a square
  • Butsyki (dumplings)
  • Then the remaining 2 corners
  • Butsyki (dumplings)
  • and pull slightly in different directions, so you get such butsyks
  • Butsyki (dumplings)
  • Throw the butsyks into well-salted boiling water. Stir occasionally until tender. Put in a plate, pour onions and cracklings. It is delicious.
  • Food with a killer calorie content. The faint of heart don't even look. )))

Note

Butsyki can be served with sour cream or honey. Or you can immediately with honey and sour cream
