Cakes!
That's what I got strange cakes! I had to do it in half with wheat!
And then I was worried to knead and flatten them.

Well yes! The original recipe had 200 grams of corn and 100 grams of wheat, I decided to make it in half, my daughter said that it looked like nachos.

I still had cornmeal, which, well, something "does not go" with us, and I met this recipe. I kneaded in exactly the same harvester, did everything according to the recipe. But for some reason they turned out to be a little crispy for me, especially in the middle. I think I overexposed in the pan. But all the same, everyone ate everything with pleasure. Made without filling, just cakes. Thanks for the recipe. It turned out like this:

Insanely delicious tortillas! Well, just dumb! Thanks for the recipe, I'm taking it to the catalog. But sorry for the impudence, the technology has changed. I saw a comment about dryness - it's because of cornmeal. To make it tender and pleasant in the structure of the dough, it must be brewed. I understood this well in these recipes:

the properties of corn flour are fully preserved, but it already gives the dough aroma and taste and color.
Therefore, I poured a portion of flour 200 grams not with water, but with boiling water. Moreover, the dough took about 100-150 ml more water. I did this operation in the evening. She covered the dough and put away overnight. In the morning I kneaded the dough according to the recipe. I added very little water in consistency, but it still took more flour. Knead with a combine. I didn't smear my hands. Then she tore up the package. sprinkled with flour and dumped the dough there. Sprinkled on top too. I folded the bag and put it in another bag. I gave the dough a few hours to rest. It became amazingly silky and delicate. It rolled out easily. It didn't stick together. I immediately fried half and kept it in a towel. And the rest of the dough is in the refrigerator. They ate with honey, with applesauce, and of course fried with chicken, cabbage salad and cheese. Delicious!

And I did it according to this recipe, only I didn't make flour, and I didn't even fill it with water first. I just kneaded the dough in a bread maker))) kneaded for 25 minutes, then gave half an hour to rest. The dough turned out to be soft, elastic, easily rolled out.

Then what did we do with them. Prepared the filling - chicken in pieces (fillet thighs were taken), a couple of onions, a large carrot. Everything was fried until tender. Then I added half a can of red beans in my own juice and about 200 ml of ready-made pasta sauce (there is nothing superfluous, just a natural sauce without any thickeners, and a little greens, pepper, basil). I put everything out together. I rolled the tortillas into a roll (not tightly, just so as not to unfold), inside a couple of spoons of filling. And I put everything in a ceramic heat-resistant form, tightly. Spread a little more tomato sauce on top and sprinkle with grated cheese. I baked it lightly in the oven so that the cheese melted and everyone became friends together.
So yummy, that the ears were a husband and daughter not to delay

Yes, now I want to try the corn flour beforehand.
