I will say one thing, that it is done very quickly. At least I didn't bother with lavash for a long time.
The main thing here is to prepare the filling ... and then spread it, roll it up, trim the edges and that's it. Then attach the cuttings to the hemp. Before serving, let it soak for 2-3 hours ... and then at your request ...
You can put lettuce leaves on the plate or chop dill-parsley greens, imitating grass ...
