20 g will not make the weather ... There is probably something else. I'll try another flour
Cvetusik
Omela, happy New Year! I made some bread today, but I didn't take a picture. I took fresh yeast, but not ghee butter. I realized from the bun that there was not enough flour and added two tbsp. l. after the first batch. After the program I added another 20 minutes of Baking. The bread is delicious, but it sank ... I opened a window in the kitchen to ventilate it and it fell right away ... I will learn from my mistakes
Navy
And I ran out of fresh yeast and I made it on dry yeast (honestly, I don’t remember what they were, because I poured it into a jar, and threw away the packaging). 3 g was clearly not enough. It turned out to be exactly half the height of a regular loaf and very dense. I have a puncture.
Omela
Cvetusik, did the right thing that added flour, you need to navigate by your dough. And the donkey after baking ??

Navy, it's a shame that this happened. Of course, almost everything depends on yeast. Although I have been baking the last 2 years, probably, mostly on dry and there were no punctures.
Cvetusik
Omela, donkey almost an hour before the end of the program. It did not affect the taste, with jam and milk, very tasty fresh bread
Omela
I see .. maybe they added a little flour after all.
Cvetusik
Omela, if there was not enough flour, the crust would have cracked, as before ... He clearly sagged from the draft!
Omela
Svetlana, no, little flour was added, the dough was excessively wet. Well, a draft could also contribute.)
Cvetusik
Omela, when it crumbles, is it also from a large amount of liquid?
I also wanted to ask the recipe for onion bread ...
Omela
Svetlana, read here: Bread crumbles

Scarlett SC-400. Milk bread

We are preparing for Easter. Of course this is not Easter cake, but it suits us. Delicious, it melts before our eyes.

Heat milk 150 g and Sugar 100 g and add 6-8 g of fresh Yeast. Let stand for 15-20 minutes
Butter 50 gr, cut into cubes
Powdered milk 20 gr
Egg 1pc
Flour 350 gr
Salt 0.5 tsp

Loaf 750, Mode 2 or 5, Light crust
It turned out 700 gr, not pale.
The photo shows that it rose strongly and stuck to the lid :-)

Omela
Svetlana, fluffy bread turned out. I am here HERE transferred it so that it would not get lost.
Lenusya
Yesterday I baked this bread. I put it overnight, so I didn't heat anything, I just put it in a bucket and put it on hold.
It turned out very beautiful and very tasty But, for my taste, you can use less salt, and more sugar, so that it looks like a loaf
Cvetusik
Lenusya, I added more sugar, i.e. 150g, I thought it would be sweeter, but it didn't work out. Then I read on the forum that yeast eats sugar. I began to put more sweet raisins for sweetness. So I stopped at 100 grams of sugar ...

Elena, this is already a muffin! Then more oil is needed.
Cirre
An excellent recipe, this is not the first time, it helps a lot

Thank you too! : rose: Very nice and tasty bread. The only thing that changed, instead of water, I introduced part of the whey and part of the potato broth. The milk left the same amount.

Here the main taster has already come

Thank you. Baked! Everything worked out great. That's just too small for my bucket. I will recalculate for 500 gr. flour, I will report ;-)

We will taste tomorrow.
Omela
Anastasia, 👍 of course, the size must be recalculated for your bucket!
Shl.my favorite bread in the country! 👍
