DeLonhi BDM 075s. White bread

Ingredients

Flour 360 g
Fresh yeast (I have had it for a month already) 12 g
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp. l. (incomplete)
Rast. oil 15 g
Kefir 100 g
Milk 100 g
Rinsed the remains of mayonnaise in a jar with hot water and weighed 50 g
Total liquid 250 g

Cooking method

  • Stir the yeast in the liquid and put all the products in the HP. I switched on and checked the bun during kneading. All right. The dough is soft.

This is just mayonnaise that gives the crumb charm, so fluffy!

You can buy the smallest bag and take 1-1.5 tbsp from it. l. (and the pack will total 3-4 tbsp. l.) and use all the mayonnaise for bread.

And you can make a bump under the mayonnaise yourself: mix the yolk, vegetable oil, lemon juice, mustard, sugar, salt, stir with a whisk, and take this mixture 1-2 tbsp. l. for bread

You will not regret, the bread is delicious and fluffy!
