How white you get it. I have gray bread according to this recipe. Our favorite bread is now Darnitsky. and 1 tbsp. a spoonful of honey for my taste is too much, I began to put 1 tsp. with a hill and just right.

During kneading, the dough did not want to be gathered into a bun for a long time, there was always gruel at the bottom, I had to add flour.
