Ingredients

Dough:
Water 250 g
Wheat flour (I have 1c) 100 g
Dry yeast (I have Saf-Moment) 3 g
Honey 70 g
Dough:
Opara all
Wheat flour (I have 1c) 350 g
Butter 20 g
Mustard oil 20 g
Salt 6 g
Milk for lubrication

Cooking method

  • For dough, heat the water with honey to 40C, add flour, yeast, beat until smooth. Cover and leave for 20-30 minutes.
  • For the dough, add all the ingredients to the dough. Knead soft, smooth. Elastic dough. I kneaded in Thermomix. Spikelet mode 7 minutes.
  • Put the dough on the table, form a ball, place in a greased container, cover and leave for 30 minutes.
  • Then fold the dough, return to the container and leave for 60 minutes.
  • After the lapse of time, divide the dough into 8 parts, 100 g each. Form a ball from each part, cover and leave for 10 minutes.
  • Next, form a bun from each ball, as shown HERE..
  • Place the buns in a greased baking dish, cover and leave for 60-90 minutes.
  • Brush with milk before baking.
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 200C for 30-40 minutes. The exact time depends on your oven.
  • Cool on a wire rack.
