Ingredients

eggs 4 things
mushrooms 100 g
turnip onion large 1 PC
Sweet pepper 1 PC
cream 100 g
tomatoes (I have cherry) 150 g

Cooking method

  • When I was preparing this omelet, my head was spinning: Trousers are turning ... trousers are turning ... And what else could spin if I added to the omelet creamy sauce with chanterelles ? Gathered, one might say, two handfuls of chanterelles ... now they are everywhere.
  • Cut the onion in half rings, fry in vegetable oil, add chopped bell peppers, simmer for 5 minutes, then cut the tomatoes there, amuse for a while, and at the end add the boiled mushrooms. Salt. Beat the eggs with cream, you can also with milk, salt, pour the vegetable mixture. Cover, simmer for 10 minutes.
  • It turns out very tasty and juicy.
