After the signal, she moved the bowl to the airfryer and slightly browned the top of her head. She shook it out of the bowl and cooled it on the wire rack. The bread is very soft, fluffy and aromatic.

150g of oatmeal (long cooking) was poured with water (700ml), mixed and left overnight.
In the morning, she threw the flakes into a mesh colander, squeezed out and threw away. Bring the oat milk to a boil while stirring, add sugar and cool.
She poured 250 g of jelly into a measuring cup, added 8 g of St. yeast, mixed and left for 20 minutes.
I put the jelly in a Kenwood bowl, added 350g of wheat flour, 1 hour of salt, 1 tbsp of vegetable oil (mustard) and kneaded the dough. She left it to rest for 25 minutes, then again kneading, proofing for 40 minutes, then kneaded, sprinkled with flour, molded into a ball and placed in the multicooker bowl.
