what are you doing here then?
I am looking for a slow cooker in addition to the existing ones, which I talked about in this thread earlier. I am also considering a new cartoon Element for these purposes. Cuco 1054 - I don't know, more likely no than yes. The list also includes cheap multicooker, for example, the brand 37501 and the mold stacker. During the search and my first questions about borka, I bought an Orson 5005 and a pressure cooker smokehouse. I think it might make sense to change the multicooker park.
In this thread ... or rather, the conversation started in a different thread, but the administrators asked to go to this one. So, the conversation turned on, because I just can't figure out what is in the collection for this amount. I shoveled the Internet, I wanted to talk to users, but somehow it turns out that users cannot answer my questions. For all my arguments there are some sluggish groundless arguments and not arguments at all, but offenses. You don't get into a pose, but write down the actual merits of the bork. And then such a situation is taxiing out that I'm right, to everyone's regret. One hope is that users are beginners and have not yet fully figured out the merits.
For example, you cannot make yogurt in a stadler (and other things that are done at low temperatures), there are also some other advantages of modern models in it, but the stadler has undeniable advantages for which it makes sense to buy this cartoon. And I learned about these advantages from users, and I ask the same questions and are the same as here and no one takes offense, but argues whether they agree or not, talks about their model. Here I did not receive a clear answer to technical questions.
On the issue of dishes from pressure cookers, you slightly distorted my opinion. A little higher here and on other forums, I said something else about pressure cookers. In particular, it is necessary to have a pressure cooker, but in addition to a multicooker, and not instead of it.
I don’t mock the technique, I just write arguments to which I don’t get answers. Although, communicating in topics about other multicooker, I get a more reasoned conversation. And you don't need to speak for other people, whether they feel like suckers or not. I hope no. I, too, do not always make the right choice when buying, there are things for which I overpaid. But I never considered myself a sucker. Each of us has an unsuccessful one for several successful purchases.
You write that people are happy with the slow cooker. I agree. Any multicooker is a cool thing.
In general, I did not find anything in the bork for this money. Disappointed. The same Orson for the top ten will be much steeper in terms of modes.
annnita
Levitan, wrote to you in a personal
And as for the suckers, it is not the buyers of these cartoons who feel that way, but they are represented interlinearly by those who, for one reason or another, do not have these multicooker. This is what surprises and outrages most of all. Now there is a choice for every taste and wallet, and personally I respect all users, and on more general forums, where discussing the issue of multi-choice in general, people more honestly say that they would take a more expensive one, but I cannot afford it financially, and does not write to users of expensive cartoons that they are, they say, stupid people.
Levitan
Many thanks for the link to the multicooker model.
Quote: annnita

people more honestly say that they would take a more expensive one,
Before paying money, you need to know what to pay for. I tried to do it. If there are instructions for other cartoons on the Internet or you can find detailed specifications such as the range of time and temperature in each mode. Then there is no such information for bork. Everything is clarified after purchase. Or is there such information? Don't say it's the same thing with cucko1054. I don’t want to find out if it’s true or not for 34 thousand.
To the money question: m70 10 thousand + 5 bowls to it, about one and a half thousand each + orson 9500 + a bowl to it 2500 + brand 6 thousand + add. bowl for him 1 thousand. It turns out that the assembly is already more expensive, more convenient and much more functional. At least from what I cook simultaneously in two (for example, in one side dish, in the other meat or soup). If the bork was very good, then it would be possible to buy 2 borks for simultaneous cooking. Should I list my other non-swinging kitchen purchases? For example, a car brand that I can afford? Now the bathroom is being renovated, the bill is already 12 thousand dollars (I sense that this is not the last figure). Or the price of the laptop I'm writing from now?
It's not about money (sorry, they forced it, you succeeded). Let's not discuss the owners of the bork. Bought and okay. I'm more interested - do I need it?
sazalexter
You don't, you don't need it, all functions are covered by another technique. And about the Bork trademark, many copies have already been broken, this company positions itself as selling premium class equipment, such as "I want to be Miele", hence the price of the equipment. The company itself does not produce anything, it is only a domestic trademark, like Brant, Ourson and a bunch of others. https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=122849.0 And domestic producers need to be supported

it is only a domestic trademark, like Brant
Domestic in the brand (and the like) is not only the brand, but also the development of the filling (programs). Well done guys in the brand - they work, improve models, and not only trade.
If you walk around the eastern sites and look at the local multi from cheap to expensive, then there is no point in taking them - there is no adaptation to our cuisine, to our needs. In Western Europe, the USA, the United Arab Emirates (and others), there are no multi adaptations for us. This is a purely Russian and CIS multicooker boom.

To be honest, which of us is a patriot? I am not ready to support with my ruble. But I'm also not ready to pay for the farce. Just without complexes and show-off I will buy what is more convenient.

Today I cooked a roast according to the instructions of the Bork recipe book. It turned out very tasty and fast (program duration - 40 minutes). The meat is tender, the potatoes are slightly boiled, but I love it so much, so I always cut it finely, but the bell pepper has almost dissolved.

In general, I don’t see the point of spreading this recipe, since it’s from a book, I just inform you that this recipe HAS BEEN VERIFIED! you can safely cook on it.

They continue to test Vasilisa:
Today for dinner was baked chicken... Marinated chicken in a mixture of soy sauce, honey, chopped ginger and garlic for a couple of hours. Then with the lid open fried on both sides in the Oven mode 3 level for 10 minutes... I put a bunch of tarragon (tarragon) in the carcass. Closed the lid, turned on multi-cook 120 * C 25 minutes... Before dinner, the chicken was waiting on the heating (about 1.5 hours) it turned out VERY TASTY! The meat is tender, leaves the seeds and at the same time juicy

Julienne with quail eggs in an air fryer
Ingredients
Bow 2 pcs. average
Champignons 300 gr
Meat 150 gr
Sour cream 8 tablespoons
Cheese 40 gr.
Quail eggs 4 pcs.
Cooking method

Cut the onion into pieces and fry until transparent. Cut the mushrooms into slices and add to the onion. Fry for about 8 minutes. Cut the meat (I had a slice from the baked veal) into half a centimeter cubes and add to the onion-mushroom mixture. Season with salt and pepper (green peppercorns are great). Fry for another 5 minutes.
Put two tablespoons of sour cream in a ramekin (cocotte). Put the mushroom mixture on top, grated cheese on it. Gently break the quail egg on top of the cheese.
At the bottom of the outer bowl we put the bottom of a detachable cake mold (a diameter of 21 cm is perfect) we put forms for soufflé on it.
Multicooker-pressure cooker Bork U700 We close the fryer, set the temperature to 170 degrees for 20 minutes.

Fine!
Thanks for the recipe!
I adapted it to the BORK U700 multicooker!
Instead of baking. I took the pork tenderloin - finely chopped and fried in the oven on the 3rd level, the rest is the same, but I did not put it in cocotte makers, but immediately into the mule bowl! On the oven mode 2 level for 20 minutes .. Then I divided it into parts with a silicone spoon and with mashed potatoes on plates ...
Everything is super! My three peasants (husband and two sons) squeaked with delight!
Fast and tasty. Thank you. More details: https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...on=com_smf&topic=196410.0

Hello everyone! Girls, please help me figure it out.
I am more and more inclined to buy the U700. But the question arises with temperature regimes. Did I understand correctly that there is no yogurt mode in this unit. Moreover, there is no way to set the temperature to 40 degrees in principle.
It's just that the official website announced the "multi-chef U800" (they seem to be expecting it from March 1), and so it has a temperature of 40-140 degrees. That is, as I understand it, there will be some kind of mode with the ability to set 40 degrees, which means that it will be possible to make yogurt. Or did I not understand anything at all?
vesna1905
Do I understand correctly that there is no deep fat mode and corresponding accessories? And is there a bowl presence sensor in it?
Vei
You cannot make yoghurt in Bork, because even though there is a temperature of 40 degrees in a multi-cooker, the maximum program time is 99 minutes, which is not enough for yoghurt. Unless you stand nearby and run the program several times, but for such a price ...
You will understand that this is a pressure cooker, very high quality and beautifully executed, and at the same time mainly with automatic modes (also excellent), but there is no way to change anything in them, even time! There are only three modes in which you can make your settings:
-Multipovar (time from 10 min to 1 hour 30 min step 1 min) and temperature from 40 to 120g step 1 gr
- Steamer (from 10 min to 1 hour 30 min step 1 min) temperature 3 levels it is not known how many degrees
-Oven (from 10 min to 1 hour 30 min step 1 min) temperature 3 levels it is not known how many degrees

This machine is not for a creative culinary approach, but for minimal participation in the cooking process.

Well, I cannot agree with you ... On the one hand, I do not have and did not have a Redmond 110, so it is not very correct to compare them, but I have a Redmond M-90. So its quality cannot even be called quality - such nonsense (both plastic and assembly), and it is even blasphemous to compare with Bork. Although you should have noticed that I treat Bork without fanaticism.
It has many automatic programs, I personally don't like it very much, and I don't really need a pressure cooker as such. But this was my first cartoon, and I didn't understand it.
But I have not seen the best assembly and materials!
vesna1905
M90 seems to be a new model? you bought it before the brand? Outwardly, I do not compare - in this category there is no equal to the bork (let the owners of the Element shower me with slippers). But the modes of yogurt and baby food please me with their presence at 110.
I reread you and myself ... apparently I need to sleep sometimes. Something I'm completely confused ...

Ceramic dishes and a multi bowl with a "ceramic" coating are completely different things.
So in a bowl from a multi, the coating will deteriorate in a completely different way than in real ceramics.

Well, why so? Stone bowls for completely different purposes - for special cooking of rice, and we already have MB, not rice cookers. It does not depend on the top-endness, but on the functions.

Teflon is also different, even in ordinary pans. My dear Tefal was covered with holes after 1 year of rare and very careful use (once or twice a month, no more often). But the Ikeevskaya frying pan from the starter kit is alive and well, despite the merciless exploitation every day and washing in the PMM. So I repeat - Teflon is also different.

Bork's coverage is excellent - but you can talk about this with any bowl only after 1 year, at least. I haven't seen Element's saucepans - I can't compare, but I think they should be good.

Multicooker-pressure cooker Bork U700

For me, the origin of Bork is not a discovery, it was frayed a million times, and that is why I cannot understand why this particular Kuku model annoys you so much that you always speak of this CF with such disdain? At the price? Well, this, of course, is a minus, but not qualities ... and then there is a choice for everyone. Who was your Kuku? I do not see a subject for dispute.

And the fact that all multi-cookers are rice cookers adapted to Western (including Russian) taste and cuisine is not known only to the lazy. Simple stone bowls in Korean (not necessarily top-end) rice cooker models are designed for special processing of rice. In rice cookers there are a hundred ways to cook different rice, and in "rice cookers" for Russia, these modes have been reworked for other tasks, and accordingly, stone bowls for rice are not needed. This is all about the question of a rice cooker-multicooker, and not top-notch-not top-news.

Moreover, before buying Bork at a psychiatric price (I absolutely do not like Bork's policy), I naturally considered Cook 1054 as well. And unfortunately, I found that your cuckoo has more functionality than mine. In yours, you can turn off the pressure on the multi-cooker, there is a slow cooker with three levels, there is a lot of information on temperature conditions, in general, there are many advantages. Except for one thing - cooking time! I cannot accept the fact of cooking vegetables (the time set is 2 minutes, the actual time is 29 minutes!) I am not ready for this

I do not see ANY contradiction with what I wrote in my post, and what you are talking about. Besides that Bork (Kuku) has excellent quality?
I do not want to discuss Ikei at all, we are not talking about that now.

Any confrontation on the subject of Bork with people who do not have it, and especially with you, strains me - after all, you were one of the first to help me figure out the cooking processes, recipes, and generally advice on other issues. I want to communicate with you more constructively than to argue.
sazalexter
Vei I didn’t want to offend you. I just wanted to clarify the situation with non-stick coatings so that people making their choice do not have a deceptive idea that marketers of different companies are trying to sell us and nothing more. This model of CF does not annoy me at all. Cute CF with a bunch of settings. Some young ladies on the forum are dizzy with these terms and bells and whistles and I'm trying to clarify the situation.
Vei
Well, that's good, sort of cleared up))))

As for the bowl coating, Cuckoo currently has the most welded and most expensive even in Korea - the X-wall bowl, which is exactly what the Bork U700 comes with. Bork's service told me that you can buy an extra meal at a price of 10,000 rubles. I bought an additional MB with this money)))

Nooo, I don’t want to use the stove anymore, it’s clever now instead of a bedside table

But when we ripen to a new kitchen, I won't buy a cooking stove at all, just a good oven, well, and perhaps to clear my conscience, a separate single-burner non-stationary induction unit ... so that it is stored somewhere in the closet, just in case)))

Good afternoon, all owners of Bork and other CF!
For several months now I have been in the painful choice of CF. I started with Panasonic, but the more I learned about the capabilities of MV, the more appetites grew. Finally, I decided to stop at Kuku 1054.But it turns out that they are no longer on sale in Ukraine, and the big question is whether there will be. Then I learned about a completely new and advanced MV - Element, which appeared on the Russian market only in the fall of 2012. I was ready to order it in Russia and go to the nearest Russian city for it, BUT there were complaints from the "happy" owners of this assistant - a constructive defect that turns this complex computer-kitchen unit into an ordinary pan, and a complete lack of service for this MV. So it turns out that there is no choice in Ukraine - only Bork remains, which can be purchased from us at the price of a spacecraft (however, in Russia, the same price).
A little more than a month remains until the birthday of his wife, whom he promised to give a gift - MV. If during this time no worthy alternatives appear, I will nevertheless decide on Bork! Moreover, the service seems to be all right with this brand.
A request to all owners of Bork - try to reasonably dissuade me from this obsession (it is too expensive!), Especially since I want to buy MV to free up time for my beloved woman, but I understand that I will have to cook in MV, as with all electronic kitchen appliances , which "gave" to his beloved wife, however, she still has time ...
Gressi
alexsav, I'm sorry, but I don't understand why you don't order Cook 1054 in Russia ?? if we were ready to go for the Element ??? I use MV recently, first I bought Cook, then, for the New Year, I was presented with Bork. I stopped using the stove completely. These two MVs are very similar.
alexsav
Appearance, programs, bowl, but the price is not much less, and the service on site - these are the defining ones - I thought about it
Gressi
Outwardly, yes, they are different, but the Cuckoo has not a single scratch in three months, while Bork's plastic is scratched easily. At the expense of the bowl, both are scratched! Bork too !! As for the programs: not all of them work as we would like, for example, buckwheat in Bork is not good at all. Adaptable You will have to go to one and the other. The most important difference between the two is the cooking time. For example, in Kuku you set a time of 15 minutes, so she will add 30 minutes to these 15 minutes (set the temperature + reset + the set cooking itself), and Bork clearly, set 15, which means in exactly 15 she will complete the program !! I personally like both MVs, but to be honest, I noticed that more often I cook in Bork, it's more convenient for me with him
alexsav
Well, I ask you to speak, but here on the contrary
