Chinese wings in sweet and sour sauce

Ingredients

Wings 9-10 pcs.
Onion 0,5
Soy sauce 0.5 tbsp.
Garlic 3 zb.
Sugar 3 tbsp. l.
Rust oil 2-3 st. l.
Simple water 1 tbsp.

Cooking method

  • Boil the chicken wings (about 5 minutes after boiling).
  • In a deep, well-heated skillet, melt 3 tbsp. l. sugar and 2-3 tbsp. l. butter until caramelized.
  • Then toss in the finely chopped onion and fry lightly.
  • We spread the boiled wings and fry in the same way.
  • Then pour in the soy sauce and bring to a boil. Add about one glass of water (you must try, since soy sauces are different in salinity) - also bring to a boil. Finely chop the garlic (do not squeeze it!) And add to the pan. And we simmer the whole thing for about 10 minutes. The whole dish is ready.
  • I recommend mashed potatoes as a side dish.
