Cooking method

  • We take cottage cheese 180 g (we sell such packs ready-made, and the cottage cheese is more like curd mass here), milk, butter, soda, yolks, sugar - mix everything well and add flour (the author recommends kneading the dough with your hands). You need to be careful with flour so that the dough is not too tight.
  • Put the dough in a baking sheet (who needs it - grease it, I have a non-stick mat, and there is oil in the dough) and make a "plate". Put the lingonberries and smooth (I have them frozen) and put them in the oven, preheated to 180C.
  • While baking, beat the remaining egg whites with half a glass of sugar. We take out the pie and pour in the lingonberries and put them back in the oven at 140C. bake for about 30 minutes.
