yeast 11 gr (1 sachet)
raisins, walnuts 0.5 cups measuring

Cooking method

  • Very inspired by Easter cake !!! It turned out simple and very tasty !!!!
  • I really wanted to share the recipe, baked in a Scarlet bread maker.
  • Pour milk into the hot melted butter, their temperature should be 45-50 degrees and all other ingredients should be warm, not lower than room temperature !!! It is very important!!! Only then will the cake be magnificent !!!
  • Beat the egg with sugar, zest and vanilla, not with a blender, but with a mixer until cool.
  • Pour milk and butter, a beaten egg into the bowl of the bread machine. Add salt, flour on top and yeast on top of the flour, as usual, so that the yeast does not come into contact with milk and eggs.
  • We put it in the bread maker and turn on the rich baking mode, I have it "sweet", and then add nuts and raisins at the signal. For the crust, I always choose the most fried one, my family likes it more! After baking, the cake will cool down, take it out and grease it with icing (1 glass of powdered sugar, 1 egg white (yolk can be added to the cake instead of the second egg), 1 packet of vanilla sugar, 1/2 lemon juice: beat everything to a tight foam so that it does not pour out from the container)

I tried to bake this recipe. I strictly observed everything. As a result, the dough was ripped open, the lid was lifted, urgently pulled out and baked in the oven. The inside is damp, from above the cap is already stuck to the glass. Dear author, did you specify the exact amount of ingredients? The feeling that you need 2 times less! It's just a shame for the spent food and time.
