Ingredients

Apples 3 pcs.
Butter 50 g
Granulated sugar 3 tbsp. l.
For biscuit
Chicken egg 4 things.
Granulated sugar 160 g
Flour 180 g

Cooking method

  • We clean the apples, cut them into pieces.
  • Put butter in the bowl of the pressure cooker, 3 tbsp. l granulated sugar, apples.
  • We put on the "Fry" program the "Vegetables" mode - forcibly turn it off after 5 minutes from the moment the program is turned on.
  • Beat the eggs - without separating the yolks from the whites - at the maximum speed of the mixer for 5 minutes. Then we begin to add granulated sugar - in small portions, gradually.
  • Then add all the sifted flour and mix gently by folding.
  • Put it in the bowl of the pressure cooker, put it on the "Baking" program - 50 minutes without pressure. At the end, leave it for another 20 minutes - it can be heated, or you can turn it off.
  • Then we take out the bowl and leave it to cool completely, then take out the biscuit.
