Ingredients

Dry yeast 1.5h l.
Wheat flour 500 g or flour - 470 g, bran - 30 g (I did this)
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Salt 1h l. IF THE BRINE IS STRONGLY SALT, DO NOT PUT IT AT ALL
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.
Pickle any 300 g

Cooking method

  • Basic mode, XL size, light crust.
  • I put in at the very beginning, when laying, finely chopped onions
  • I think it's not bad to add greens.

In winter, when we use pickles and tomatoes with might and main, the question arises WHERE TO DO THE BRINE? For a very long time, a friend told me how her household loved pies on brine with potatoes and I decided to bake bread. It turned out. The pulp is moist, maybe from onions, not crumbling. We liked both the first courses and the second. I'll have to bake some pies too. The roof of the bread was a little torn and the photo was not very high quality, but I did not have time to re-photograph, they were fed up!

I hasten to share my impressions. I did everything exactly according to the recipe, but! I put a bunch of green young onions, chopping it finely. Bread ... just lovely! Fragrant, aromatic, light, beautiful, almost under the cover. I will bake some more, thanks for the recipe.

Thanks to the author, for almost 2 years of owning HP, I think this is the best recipe. Super holes, rubber crumb, onions and cabbage amber - absolutely in the subject! The only question is how can you replace cabbage pickle?
