Chocolate Brownie (Brand 6050 pressure cooker)

Ingredients

butter 100g
sugar 200g
eggs 2 pcs.
flour 100g
baking powder 1 / 2h l.
cocoa powder 30g
vanilla sugar sachet
FOR GLAZE:
butter 50g
cocoa powder 3st. l. without top
honey 1 st. l.
powdered sugar 1 st. without top
salt 1 / 4h l.

Cooking method

  • Melt the butter; add sugar, eggs, vanillin; mix; add cocoa, salt, flour with baking powder.
  • Turn on baking for 45 minutes.
  • While the brownie is baking, make the frosting.
  • Melt the butter, but so that it only becomes very soft.
  • Stir all the icing ingredients.
  • Cover the brownie with glaze while it is still warm.
