Chicken cutlets with bell pepper and Parmesan cheese (Brand 6050 pressure cooker)

Ingredients

Chicken breast fillet 750gr.
Large onion 1 PC.
Bulgarian pepper 150gr.
Parmesan cheese 100gr.
Bread (loaf) 2-3 slices
Greens
Salt pepper taste
Breadcrumbs
Olive oil for frying

Cooking method

  • Grind the chicken fillet into minced meat (I did it in a blender bowl). Finely chop the onion (I also twisted it in a blender). Cut the bell pepper into small cubes. Chop the greens. Soak the bread in milk (it took me 40-50 ml for two slices of gray bread - poured on the eye). Grate Parmesan on a coarse grater. Minced meat, onions, peppers, cheese, herbs - mix thoroughly in a bowl, season with salt and spices to taste. Chicken cutlets with bell pepper and Parmesan cheese (Brand 6050 pressure cooker)
  • Form cutlets with hands soaked in cold water, roll in breadcrumbs. Turn the pressure cooker on Fried Chicken, pour olive oil into a bowl. Place the cutlets in a preheated bowl and fry for 10 minutes on each side. (Thus, the time should be set based on the number of cutlets.)
  • The cutlets turned out to be very tasty. We just ate them with fresh vegetables.

From this amount of products, I got 12 cutlets. I fried them in two passes of 4 pieces. in st. And for the sake of experiment, 4 pcs. fried in a pan. The husband said not to fry the cutlets in a frying pan, IN NO EVENT. And the taste is completely different, and the breading burns, if you don't adjust the "fire". And the pressure cooker fries very delicately.
