Apple tart with ice cream

Ingredients

1 layer of yeast puff pastry (4 tart)
4 tbsp. l sugar
40 g butter
1 large apple
3 tbsp. l. apricot jam

Cooking method

  • I saw the preparation of this tart in the Pekelná kitchen program. It was prepared by Julia Vysotskaya. It was introduced as a restaurant dessert. Cooking is very fast and I immediately adopted it.
  • What happened is simply beyond words. This is such a delicate dessert, so delicious. Ice cream awesomely complements the puff pastry with delicate caramel apples.
  • I think that no one will remain indifferent.
  • From 450 g of puff pastry, 4 tarts are obtained. (The number of ingredients is given for 1 tart).
  • The dough must be defrosted. Place a dinner plate on the puff pastry and cut out a circle.
  • Prick often with a fork and sprinkle with sugar. Then put apple slices in a circle and sprinkle with sugar again. Cut the butter into cubes and spread over the apples.
  • Bake for 15 minutes at T 220-230 degrees.
  • Place on a platter and top with apricot jam.
  • I poured the apricot jam liquid with rugs.
  • And the final chord ... Put a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top of the tart.
  • This is just a heavenly pleasure.

Note

From the scraps of dough, I form a ball and roll out a layer for a new one. The dough does not change its structure, it remains flaky.
