Nikusya, then maybe a stainless steel (if you don't want enamel)? But the choice is of course yours
Nikusya
Irina. A, no, I'm just leaning towards the enamel, but now I ran and looked at the price, and was very pleased with it!

Ilona, only the enamel does not like blows, and so, it is very unpretentious to care for and you can clean it, but it is not difficult to cook on it, the main thing is not to constantly lift the lid, otherwise you will have to wait a long time, I have sinned with this before, I wonder how everybody there?

I wish she had answered herself ... Why did she understand?
Yes, I just wanted to spend money, so that it would last for a long time, and this, as I understood it, is stainless steel (you can transfer it to your grandchildren or a modern 512 then.
And then I bought a form of coal. coated steel, but it peeled off in the first baking at 170 "! And I also wanted to use it without water in the pan, too, with enamel I would be afraid to use it like that ... And the stainless steel with a window has already appeared too)

I've also had this frying pan for a week now. Several times I cooked chicken drumsticks, skewers from the breast, baked champignons - delicious! Now I think - and what I haven't bought before! At first, the son looked so incredulously that his mother had a new gadget, but after the first try, he enthusiastically said: cool frying pan! So I highly recommend it to everyone who still has doubts!
By the way, I bought the simplest and most inexpensive model - enamel, I decided that this was a time-tested classic, and why then pay more. Washed off great. I do not pour water into the pallet.

Tatyana, tell me please, is it really possible to wash the lid and especially the grate on which everything is put? For some reason, in the rollers, the owners put only potatoes on foil, and meat on a bare wire rack. But after all, in my opinion, you can't wash it at all ... it is the problem with cleaning that stops me so far. After all, her working surface is small and it turns out - she fried 5 pieces of meat, and then scrub the grate for half a day? Or am I wrong? I would be grateful for clarifications.

really, don't worry!)
The lid is no problem at all!) And after removing the pieces of meat, I put the grate in the sink with water, then go through it with a soapy sponge. It certainly doesn't take me half a day. I don't even remember about the "laundering" later. So in between times !. By the way, the lattice and in the PMM soap more than once!
Py Sy: pour water into the pan. I like meat that way.
Ketsal
Cielito lindo, I generally have a model with a Teflon coating, everything is washed once or twice
Tata74
Cielito lindoElena, over time, I can confirm once again that the grill is easily washed! I, like many, wash this way: lie down a little in the water, rub it with the hard side of the sponge, and that's it. a couple of times it was so that they fried several portions in a row at once, fried more, then rubbed with a metal washcloth - here in general a couple of movements are enough. and the lid does not get dirty at all; due to the height, it does not touch the products. And in the year and a half that I have been using the grill-gas frying pan, according to my avidly enthusiastic recommendation, more than 15 people have already bought the same. I have not heard any dissatisfied reviews from them either.

Many thanks to everyone for the clarification. I will be determined with the model, materials and coating, and the price, of course. I hope I will also join your ranks!
Rada-dms
Good evening! My friend gave me a grill-gas frying pan

THANK YOU, my friend, for the luxurious gift!

... Finally got around to cook something tasty on it.
I want to bake potatoes in it, and there are frozen shrimps. What is the best way to bake potatoes - in foil or whole, how long to bake, on which gas - strong or medium? There is a large double wok stand.
There are also small potatoes. Zucchini, bakla, no filling.
Ketsal
Rada-dms, the flame should not be larger than a donut hole. I bet either on small or slightly larger than small. depending on where I cook. My parents and I have different stoves. I baked the potatoes 1 time - I don't remember the details, but the meat in it is not enough. I would bake for forty minutes
Rada-dms
Ketsal, Olga, thanks! Important note! Just bake the pork in pieces? I remembered I had a thin piece of pork pickled for boiled pork. In foil, what do you think?
Ketsal
Rada-dms, I bake without everything, slices like a barbecue. It turns out a barbecue, only it does not smell of smoke. Excess fat flows into the bagel pan. If the meat is lean, then in foil you can. This is my husband's favorite frying pan - he pickles the chicken (more often in a mayonnaise-basin) and throws it on the grill as required. Salmon steaks for an hour in soy sauce with pepper and lemon, then grill, barbecue sausages. I like the toy because it is dietetic - all the extra glass and not a drop of oil. Go for it!
