Quail simple (frying pan Miracle Grill-gas)

Ingredients

Quail
Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
Mustard 1 tablespoon
Pepper mix taste
Apple 1 PC

Cooking method

  • Clean the carcasses of feathers, wash.
  • We mix mayonnaise, mustard and pepper. We coat the carcasses inside and outside. We leave for a couple of hours, as long as possible.
  • We cut the apple into slices, we are guided by the size of the cuts, so that they fit)
  • Put the apples in the carcasses immediately before frying.
  • We put the quail on the wire rack, on the barrel.
  • Fry for 15 minutes, turn over to another barrel and another 15 minutes. Average fire.

Note

I chipped one carcass with a toothpick. It was possible not to do this, just when we turn it over, then turn it upside down, then the apples will not fall out.
