Apple cinnamon muffins

Ingredients

Apple 250g.
Wheat flour 140g.
Wheat flour 120g.
Baking powder 1h l.
Soda 1 \ 2h. l.
Vanilla sugar 1pack
Cinnamon 1.5h l.
Sugar 150g.
Vegetable oil 100g.
Natural yoghurt without additives 300g.
For decoration:
Walnut halves 15pcs.

Cooking method

  • Wash the apples, remove the core, peel them if desired (I did not peel them). Cut into small cubes (I cut with a small Niser).
  • Grind the nuts into crumbs. The size depends on your desire. I'm grinding to dust.
  • Mix both flours. Soda, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla sugar, nuts, apples.
  • Beat the egg, add sugar, butter, yogurt without stopping to beat.
  • Mix dry and liquid mixture with a spoon, gently.
  • Grease cake tins with vegetable oil. I have silicone, not lubricated. Fill in with dough 3 \ 4.
  • Decorate the top with halved nuts.
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 180C - 20-25 minutes.
  • Leave the prepared muffins in the pan for 5 minutes and then remove.
  • Wet, tender and fragrant crumb !!! We all (even small ones) liked it !! And this is despite the fact that I baked them in a broken oven with an inoperative lower ten.
