New Year's mad salad

Ingredients

frozen shrimp, small, peeled 300 g
shrimp king or tiger, peeled 300 g
one and a half long winter cucumbers
5 eggs
5-6 teaspoons with a large slide of red caviar
favorite mayonnaise

Note

Boil the shrimps until tender. Small - one minute in boiling salted water, royal or tiger, depending on size, 2-3 minutes with a bay leaf, a couple of allspice peas and a clove of garlic.
Chop the peeled cucumber into small pieces. Not cubes, but mini straws. Let it stand for a couple of minutes, reclined in a colander.
Take the serving dish. On the bottom with a layer of cucumbers (half), then a net of mayonnaise, on top of eggs, hard-boiled and grated on a beet grater, again a net of mayonnaise, then small shrimps (2/3 servings) and shoot shrapnel from caviar .. purely symbolic.
Then the mayonnaise mesh is fine, and ... we repeat the second layer in the same sequence.
On top we make a decent mesh of mayonnaise, press large shrimps, between them small ones, put caviar in the bends of these. Dap is not a pity.
It took me more caviar, but literally two tsp. than in the source.
Lettuce needs to stand a little, but on top you need to throw something on the dish so that the caviar and shrimp do not dry out. I put on a plastic cap, which is for the microwave.
