Priscans with apples

Ingredients

Sweet and sour apples 2 pcs.
Wheat flour 250g.
Fresh yeast 10g.
Milk 300g.
Sugar 2st. l.

Cooking method

  • "...   • Grind sugar with yeast, mix with warm milk and leave for 10 minutes.

  • Carefully take the dough from above with a tablespoon and fry in vegetable oil, over medium heat on both sides until golden brown.
  • Serve with jam.
