Stewed beef with pickled mushrooms (pressure cooker Polaris 0305)

Ingredients

Beef (pulp) 500 g
Pickled mushrooms 1.5 stack.
Ground coriander 1.5 tsp.
Olive oil 4 tbsp. l.
Bay leaf 3 pcs.
For the sauce:
Sour cream 100 ml
Mushroom marinade 100 ml
Wheat flour 1.5 tbsp. l.
Fine salt 3 / 4-1 tsp
1 cup = 250 ml

Cooking method

  • This dish is a complete improvisation.
  • Among the stocks I found a jar of honey agarics already in 2010. I decided to stew with beef.
  • The dish turned out to be very unusual, but tasty. It turned out that meat and pickled mushrooms complement each other perfectly even in the same dish. Sauce (and it turned out a lot) was poured over potatoes.
  • I highly recommend it to lovers of meat and mushrooms.
  • Preparation:
  • 1. Cut the beef into small cubes.
  • Stewed beef with pickled mushrooms (pressure cooker Polaris 0305)
  • 2. Sprinkle with coriander, mix well
  • 3. Enable "Fry" program, pressure - 3... Fry the beef in small batches (to avoid juicing).
  • 4. Put the mushrooms on the beef without marinade. Pour in the remaining oil.
  • Prepare the sauce:
  • Pour sour cream, mushroom marinade into a bowl, add salt and flour. Mix everything with a whisk until smooth.
  • 5. Pour the sauce over the meat and mushrooms, place the bay leaves.
  • 6. Close the lid of the pressure cooker. Turn the valve to the "Pressure" position.
  • Slow Cooker program, pressure - 2, time - 50 minutes.
  • 7. After the signal of readiness, release the pressure forcibly.
  • 8. Serve the dish with potatoes, sprinkle with the resulting sauce.
  • Bon Appetit.

I'll have to try! Something new, a very interesting combination. Thanks for the recipe, Elena!
Shelena
Victoria, cook for health!
Indeed, the combination is unusual, but tasty.

Hi, Lenus! Again I wipe myself around your kitchen and do not give life! I have a question: are pickled mushrooms homemade or purchased? I mean, how scientific are they? I really want to cook, but I don’t prepare homemade ones, but I will have to look at the purchased ones. I more or less know which manufacturer pickles this or that. So, in order to know exactly what to choose, I need advice.
Shelena
Lena, thanks for your attention to what I cook!
Always glad to you and your questions, comments! You are always correct and very friendly.
She took mushrooms of her own preparation. They are quite vigorous (that is, there is enough vinegar there!) From spices and seasonings I use only cloves, bay leaves, allspice and vinegar.
I do not understand at all about purchased mushrooms, so, alas, I cannot compare with any of them.

Yes and no, I already understood everything. I will cook. Unsubscribe later. Thank you! And to me on you, please, otherwise I feel like a naughty puppy who is being reprimanded!
Shelena
Linen, do not be offended, please. I'm just so used to working with everyone to contact you, that I just can't readjust myself even here.
With pleasure I will be with you on you!

Yes, I'm not offended, Lenus! I just remembered my dog. I, as soon as I start to VOKE him, he almost loses consciousness from "guilt". You just have to see it!

But where to go, if it is always at hand!
That's it, I will not flood on your page anymore, I apologize. See you after cooking!

I want to try to cook this meat. My pressure cooker (Brand 6051) does not have a Slow Cooker program. Please advise which program can be replaced?
Shelena
shuska, good evening!
As far as I remember, your pressure cooker has a pressure of 40-50. Use it, time is 1 hour. If suddenly there is not enough time, then (after the test) add more.
Good luck with your experiment!
I would be glad if you share the result.
shuska
Thank you. I thought about it. I wonder what is the difference between the "Stew" and "Slow cooker" modes in your pressure cooker? ..
Shelena
Only manufacturers can accurately answer this question.
It seems to me that the "Slow Cooker" program is slightly softer than the "Stew".
shuska
Logically
We will try.
Shelena
Everything should work out !!!
shuska
I will report
Shelena
I will wait.
