Beetroot salad

Ingredients

beet 600-700gr.
water 100gr.
salt 1 tsp
sugar 1 tbsp. the spoon
mustard 1 tbsp. the spoon
horseradish 1 tbsp. the spoon
vinegar 9 percent 1 tbsp. the spoon
mayonnaise

Cooking method

  • A recipe from one of the culinary TV programs. I don’t remember what it’s called, it was a long time ago.
  • Boil the beets. Cool down. Cut into strips.
  • Prepare the marinade.
  • Salt, sugar, horseradish, mustard, vinegar, water. Stir everything well and pour over the beets.
  • Refrigerate for two hours.
  • Put the salad in a salad bowl and season with mayonnaise.
  • Bon Appetit!
