Ingredients

Rye flour 380 g
Wheat flour 190 g
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Salt 2 tsp
Caraway 2 tsp
Garlic 2 large teeth.
Rust oil 2 tbsp. l.
Hot water 400 ml
Fresh yeast 20 g

Cooking method

  • Mix all dry ingredients (and garlic), heat the water, choose 2 tbsp. l. and add oil (it's more convenient for me). Everything in a bucket (according to the order of your HP) and in the dough mode (without heating). I have this pasta dough. The blend lasts 14 minutes. Then, on a board sprinkled with flour, put the sticky dough (if your hands are constantly in flour, then stay dry), create the shape of your baking dish, put in it and in a warm place for 1.5-2 hours. It costs exactly 1.5 hours on my stove. It is better to wrap the form with the dough in a plastic bag. But I have not greased the mold itself for a long time and I don’t sprinkle it with anything ... The beekeepers suggested: lightly hold a hard piece of wax several times along the bottom and sides of the mold and rub evenly with a cloth. The layer should be almost invisible, only the shine will appear. As soon as the dough comes up - in the oven 200 degrees for 45 minutes. Then take it out of the mold and just on the wire rack for 7-10 minutes, at the same temperature. That's all. I'll try to insert a photo after 2 hours.

y.tatiana.7 , I made your bread. Everything worked out, but I would add from myself that 45 minutes. + another 10 min. a bit too much ... Maybe so in your oven, but for my oven a lot, I reduced the time (it could have been even less). In short, you need to adjust the time for yourself. (For your oven).
