Vladislava, you can feel garlic, basil is more for color. The "Quick bake" program is not suitable as the bread will not be baked in time. My HP has "white bread" and "white bread quick cook". The first one is 3 hours 15 minutes, the second one is 2 hours 50 minutes. Try it on "basic", I just get a "roof" flat, but on "fast" everything is OK. When baking, the smell is on the entire entrance. The husband sweeps away this bread at a time. : nyam: I used ordinary wine, dry white (I bought it in the market for 15 UAH).

1. Incorrect baking program. I bake this bread on an "accelerated" program. The "roof" falls on the "main" during baking, possibly too long kneading.
2. A lot of garlic. Garlic cut into small pieces takes up more space in the measuring spoon than squeezed out. Don't use sprouted garlic.
3. Flour. I had a problem with flour somehow. I poured it in, but the bun did not work out.
4. When laying products, the main thing is that the yeast does not come into contact with salt and garlic. You can lay products as indicated in the recipe, or you can: liquid, garlic, flour, salt, sugar, yeast, basil.
5. You can reduce the amount of liquid by 1-2 tbsp. l.
