Chicken and pork adobo

Ingredients

chicken meat 1.4 Kg
pork pulp 0.350 kg
sugar 2 tsp
sunflower oil 4 tbsp. spoons
garlic (crush) 4 large cloves
Black peppercorns (lightly crushed) 0.5 tsp
soy sauce 1 tbsp. the spoon
Bay leaf 4 things
ground turmeric 0.5 tsp
salt taste
apple cider vinegar or wine vinegar 5 tbsp. spoons

Cooking method

  • Cut the chicken carcass into 8 equal parts (I took the drumsticks). Cut the pork into neat pieces, the size of a matchbox. Arrange the chicken and pork on a board, lightly sprinkle with sugar.
  • Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet and fry the pork and chicken pieces in it, in batches if necessary, until the meat is browned on both sides.
  • Add vinegar, garlic, pepper, soy sauce, and bay leaf.
  • Bring to a boil, then cover the wok with a lid, remove the heat and simmer on a low boil for 30-45 minutes.

Cooking program:

1 hour
