After that I began to feel sorry for her and will always (!) Add more water. I use a couple of recipes from the instructions and another one from this site, but I always pour more water - for example, instead of 360 ml - 380 ... 390 ml.
It always turns out, we are completely satisfied, our acquaintances are buying the same stove, my mother will receive it from an Internet store the other day.

the dough is sticky, but the end result is fine. In the recipes for the French program, the dough is generally runny, but the bread is normal.

We immediately made toasts - yum-yum Warm and crunchy. I just put yoghurt on Evitalia for 7 hours overnight. I'll see what happens in the morning. In Algie, he acidified me even at 6 o'clock.

So ... I share my first experiments
I put yogurt (Prostokvashino selected milk + 1/2 bottle of Evitalia) for the night (7 hours). After the expiration of time, I found absolutely fresh milk in the bucket. I started the cycle again and periodically dropped in. After 3 hours, the yogurt was ready. Total - 10 hours.
The yoghurt is thick, tasty and not sour at all. In general, I am satisfied.

In the afternoon I decided to cook my favorite pancakes. Everything is OK as well. The only small negative is that there is a little flour left in the corners of the bucket.
