I read the forum, felt the bread maker live in the store, now I am tormented by the choice.
Stopped at the moment on these models: Binatone 2068, Ariet 130, Panasonic SD-256WTS
Binatone 2068, Ariete 130 - as I understand it, these are the same model (apparently originally based on Kenwood 255).

Ariet 130 was touched in the store:
+ pleasant impression of the workmanship
+ a very decent to the touch bucket - the walls are clearly thicker than those of other ovens and a high-quality non-stick coating in appearance and touch (like in Panasonic).
+ A very big plus is the programming mode! A nice little thing is the lighting inside the oven.
+ Good reviews about both Ariet 130 and Binaton 2068

- one minus - bulky and heavy.

Binaton 2068 could not be touched alive. I like Binaton's design better.
Do they have any other differences, besides the fact that Binaton has a Russian menu and case design (Arieta has stainless steel + white plastic, Binaton has stainless + black plastic)?
The main thing that interests - are there any differences in the quality of the assembly, the quality of the bucket and the mechanism of these two models?
I do not consider Binaton 2169 - the model is newer, the reliability has not been tested, two rods = a higher probability of failure (bucket leakage).
Panasonic 256 is not much more expensive (20%), which is not very important, but is it better as it is praised?

The build quality of the Panasonic to the touch, comparable to the Ariet 130, and there and there the quality is good, I did not notice any jambs, but nothing to gasp and highlight the more expensive Panasonic too.

- The main and very big minus for me - there is no programming mode and normal mode of Rye bread (I read what people bake with Rye in other modes, but I also read that it is not easy and the special mode of Rye is still better), but it still greatly reduces functionality of the oven (I love versatility and experiments and this mode will definitely be in demand).

Pros of Panasonic:
+ Brand. There are many positive reviews about the quality (although there are also reviews of breakdowns). Availability of service centers.
+ Smarter vertical layout - will take up less space on the table (5cm)
+ Bucket without rivets (although, judging by the reviews, the leak in the furnaces mainly occurs through the stuffing box of the stirrer rod).
+ Reviews of very quiet operation.
And finally - perhaps the most exciting question for me - the noise of the work!
I have not come across a working bread maker. Since she will work at night in the kitchen, the issue of noise is of concern - will you hear in the bedroom a stove working in the next room (behind a plasterboard wall) when the door to the room is closed!
This is, of course, a very subjective point, but with what can you compare the noise of specific HPs - a quiet refrigerator, noisy refrigerator, kettle, washing machine?

I met reviews that Panasonic is very quiet (quieter than Kenwood 256). At the same time, there was a review that Ariet is noisier than Kenwood 256 - but there was also a review that Beanaton 2068 is quieter than Kenwood 256!
In general, I decided for myself - if the noise level is acceptable (it doesn't hurt to sleep) - I take Ariet / Binaton (based on a quality comparison). If these stoves are too noisy, you will have to take Panasonic and suffer without a programmable mode.

Cube As I understand it, it will not work to program the HP binaton without the second deboning, so there is no need to talk about any programming under rye. That is, it will work like other HPs. About the noise, everything is relative, but judging by the reviews, the quietest is Panasonic, and most likely 257 which is with a dispenser, it does not squeak in any modes, only at the end when the bread is ready 4 times it will beep, but through the hyperstrong wall (sandwich) you are this peak won't hear
Cube
And what does "no second boning" mean?

The following settings are possible there:

Kneading 1 6-14 minutes
Growth 1 20-60 minutes
Kneading 2 5-20 minutes
Growth 2 5-120 minutes
Growth 3 0-120 minutes
Bake 0-80 minutes
Heat 0-60 minutes
The squeak doesn't bother me, I'll simplify the question - what can be compared to the noise of a certain average statistical furnace?

I did not hear it live, they did not refuse to listen to me in the store to turn on the stove (and it is unrealistic for me to go to all the stores in a row, taking into account the wild traffic jams).

I don't know about what peaks you are talking about - I have a Panas -255, so it picks up only when the process is complete, but I generally keep quiet about the noise, because sometimes I come up and listen to the batch or not - it works super quietly

That is, it is necessary that there was still a third batch, it is the "second deboning" (or the second batch is it).
As for the fact that Panasonic is quiet, I already understood this and I don't even question it, so many times it has already been written here. I already understood that many people love and praise Panasonic ovens, and I have no doubt that this is a worthy device.
But what can you compare the sound of mixing "nepanasonics" with, even if just some kind of noname-ketai oven? Well, not like a blender, is it buzzing?
P.S> I will explain why I am so busy - I want to buy a stove today or tomorrow (at the last moment as usual) - and in stores the excitement is wild - everyone snapped up, many Internet shops do not deliver orders before the holidays.

Cube When baking Rye ONE batch for 20 minutes, proofing for 40-60 minutes and baking for 1 hour-1 hour, 30 minutes https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=9345.0

Everything, I understood what it was about.

In principle, you can then make only 1 knead using the Dough program, and then bake in the Baking mode. But completely autonomous operation of the oven will not work. Here, of course, there is no difference between Binaton and Panasonic.
By the way, the instructions for Binaton suggest the following program for Borodino bread:

Mix 1 10
Height 1 60
Kneading2 5
Height 2 30
Height 3 10
Baking 60
Heat 60

As a result, I bought Ariet 130.

Owners of Panasonic, do not kick, but comparing again carefully in the store with Panasonic - Ariet seemed to me personally assembled (naturally I estimate purely by the body) of a better quality (and by the way, oddly enough, better quality than 256th Kenwood, which is clearly taken for base of this oven).

Panasonic, in particular, did not like the performance of the buttons and control panels.

The sound of the stirrer at Ariet is quite loud, it can perhaps be compared with a washing machine in the washing mode. But behind the wall and with the door closed, you cannot hear.
